  • Best Bank Ever In The UAE, Dubai 😘💞💖🎉

    I am so much impressed by FAB's commitment to equality and inclusivity! As a foreigner from Ghana, I've experienced firsthand how they treat all customers with the same respect and professionalism, regardless of nationality. Their staff is culturally sensitive, and I've never felt like I'm being sidelined or treated differently because of my background. The bank's mobile app is also intuitive and makes managing my finances a breeze and their online banking platform is user-friendly and efficient. I'm grateful for the peace of mind that comes with knowing my accounts are in good hands. They understand that everyone deserves top-notch service and care. Kudos to FAB for setting a high standard for inclusive banking! FAB, the best bank in Dubai, United Arab Emirates😊💖💞!

    Waist bank in world even local transfer we have ti wait 2days if we have to send some urgent transfer no use . Also unfaithful charges . Dont ever use this bank big failure and no support all

  • asking for personal video to use the app

    Certainly needs a bit more “thoughtfulness”

    I am an existing customer.
    I already have an account with the bank.
    You have all my details.
    I didn’t just walk in.

    Oh no you don’t. Who is looking at those videos?
    Who do you share them with?

    What’s next. DNA samples. bedroom photos?
    Where do you draw the line?

    There is no such thing as data security.
    Keep your app to those making such arbitrary decisions.
    Meanwhile regular browser offers me the access.
    What a huge inconvenience.

  • Bad app

    After I login App keeps requesting verification through face recognition and scan of id using nfc feature using the uae identification card. It never works, it tells me my id isn’t mine and my face isn’t matching when I attempt to login. Calling for days to get support, got nowhere. Went to the branch close to home they said you have to call. Called again the automated system ridiculously keeps me on hold without ever been able to get to a real person. I would not recommend neither the app nor the bank. Will rate at half star if allowed.

  • Poor banking experience

    I opened an account and got card delivered fast and easy. However, this was not the case with the cheque book. They didn’t send me a track number, it got lost in aramex. Only 2 months (2 MONTHS!) I randomly received a notification from aramex saying that I’ve got a delivery and then I got my cheque book.
    Also, they randomly take my money each month, but I don’t have any paid subscriptions. I opened a ticket and got a refund in August, however I end up in the same situation in September. I hope that support agents will refund me on that, but I’ve got a feeling that they just have a bug in their system that steals moneys from clients

  • A bit buggy

    The UX and functionality is very good but it crashes mid transaction far too frequently.
    I am afraid I will be uninstalling the App.

  • App won’t stop loading and is super slow

    Stupid app won’t even bring me to the login screen for my pin half the time. Constantly asking for a OTP which is good for security, but asking EVERY SINGLE TIME with a 1 minute timer becomes an issue when I can’t contact the other person I share the services with. Ends up even locking people out of the account when you can’t put in the OTP. Tried checking my account today and the app won’t even bring me to the login screen. Great bank but horrible and frustrating app. Needs better maintenance and management.

  • Not convenient

    The app is not helpful for closing of the account and when you go to branch to close they will say you can close it online in the app but it keeps on denying the request and you end up getting charge unnecessary 🤷‍♀️
