  • App down a lot

    This app is down for maintenance a lot more than normal banking app. The app is also slow and clunky making the experience poor. 3 star is probably more than what it deserves in the current form.

  • Unable to open account

    Unable to open account. After the app verifies my emirates ID , when scanning it says nfc doesn’t match , how can I solve this ?
  • Excellent app but customer support form not working

    Great app, the user experience is one of the best ones you’ll find in the UAE. By far.
    The only caveat to not rate it at 5 stars is the lack of contacting support from the app, the form is not working, the send button stays gray because you can’t select the subject of the request.

    The Best Bank ever used. Convenient, flexible and customer driven services!

    The online and mobile banking services are user driven, secured and can do all banking transactions without going to the branch.

  • Not able to register on new phone

    After changing the i-phone, and upon opening the app it asked for registration again. After scanning for emirates ID and facial biometric, app kept giving a message “the system under maintenance”!!

    Great app! I am able to do my everyday finances at my own convenience!

  • Lost card

    Lost card 8 days, no card yet? Really fed up so now I will manage the situation. Just called you 2 agents put me on hold and reverted back to menu. No resolution. Just awful. All I want is a debit card. It seems that’s an impossible task?
  • Worst update ever!

    Ive been using you bank and app for many years and never had an issue with your updates or re-registering. This time though I have deleted the app and reinstalled 5 or 6 times and tried to register upwards of 15 times and it stalls at the same point every time —— the ‘check if you’re alive’ function does not work! And you cant get past it!

    Ive made repeated complaints to the Bank technical team who refuse to acknowledge that theres an issue - they believe I am a robot, dead or not human, as this logically can be the only reason why I’m not able to register…🤷🏼‍♀️ erm maybe theres an issue with the app rather than the person?

    Please resolve this issue! (Why you cant use the same facial recognition software as the phone, that works, is beyond me!)
