    Applying for new account. Entered and scanned data only to be told at end of process system down for maintenance. Could you not have told me this at start?

  • Great improvements

    Some great improvements to the app this year which as a user of Liv and Mashreq make this far more usable as a banking app. Actually closing Mashreq account due to the number of issues I have with it!

    Clear layout and access to main banking functions, does what you need from a banking app and makes life a lot easier

  • Malfunctioning

    Keeps saying please check your internet connection although my internet connection is fine.
  • Takes too long to load and crashes

    It takes too long to load and keeps saying No internet connection even when I changed the network multiple times.

    Been using this app for so long, outstanding work to the people who designed & developed this. It’s an app with good user experience. Well done!

  • App Malfunctioning

    Please know that your app has been mal functioning for a week now. I have not be able to access the app. No error message. It just shuts off abruptly and the forces another download. Until now waiting for new app to provide relief that never happens.

    I can enter the app even when I write right numbers and it’s telling me that my account is blocking or locked I contact with customer servers and the problem still same 😡🤦🏻‍♂️

  • Rubbish?

    - Doesn’t render to various screen sizes
    - Functionality is poor. Can’t transfer funds
    - Customer service is next to nil, been trying for 12 months to update my address
    - Don’t better emailing them for help they don’t respond.

    If it looks like rubbish, works like rubbish, it probably is rubbish! Find someone who knows what they are doing to fix this rubbish.
