Does not recognise the scan on my chip
Trying to open an account with this app is so bad, the part where you have to scan your chip does not work, spent over an hour trying it different ways. This just does not work and either the chip being so close the camera it is a blurred image.

The app is already feature complete, so the increase of device limit and the removal of the annoying swipe function are both welcome changes.

Horrible customer service experience
Extremely unhappy with the customer services respond. By mistake I blocked my card with 3m is I called and told the customer care to unblock. They refused and said new card had to be issued with charges. Really. Now its mire than a week I havnt recd my card thats because only satarday courier person called n I tried explaining him i work in any dhabi n can only receive on weekends. But till date I am not able to operate my account as i havnt recd the card. I am seriously thinking to change my bank with these kind of services.

The new update is not working
After the recent enhancements, the app is not working with IPhone 13. I called many times FAB customer service, complaints and IT so someone to help but unfortunately for the last two months, no one bothered to help or to show any interest to support.

How many times I should put in my ID details and take pictures of me !!!!!?????? It works for few days then it ask me again to put everything in as if I was a new customer. West of time

Swipe card is not working
I try to use the swipe card security feature it’s not working and it did not allow me to configure it I think something wrong with it
