Useless app
I am new with FAB bank.
Their mobile app is useless doesn't work, i am already registered have used for few weeks now every time its keep on asking me to register.
From past 2 weeks i am not able to login and there is no assistance to help me out.

Just a complete mess.

Things that are buttons but don’t look like buttons. Adverts for terrible offers everywhere. I can’t copy/paste an IBAN into the app.

It has a lot of features but is in dire need of a tidy up.

If I could give zero start I would do it
Worse bank I ever had account in my life
The keep deducting amounts and blocking at the same time and when your account goes under minimum required they charge you for monthly fee

App doesn’t work
Hello, NFC for scanning Emirates ID, doesn’t work for new Emirates ID. It just works with old Emirates ID. Please update the app so it will support new Emirates ID too.

FAB App crashes
I had updated my FAB application to version 1.0.56, but unfortunately it crashes and does not open.
Please revert on this issue ASAP

Version 1.0.56 is not working
App was good n worked fine till the latest update on iphone. After i updated the App to version 1.0.56, the App does not work. I’ve not been able to get to the login page. The moment i click on the app, the screen turns black for a second and nothing happens after that. Worst update till date. I had to unfortunately uninstall the app.

The app was working great on my iPhone 6 Plus but the latest update is now causing the app to crash whenever I try to use it

Doesn’t work since last update
Since this update in September 2021, the app starts, takes your pin, logs you in for one second then closes.

FAB1 app
Doesn’t work and to get anything done through mobile banking I had to wait 25 minutes only for the customer service representative to tell me sorry it is not my job and transferred me to another 25 minutes wait…
