Post migration of the two banks we are still left with 2 different accounts which were not mired into one... it would be preferred to at least be able to link 2 accounts on the app or access more than one account!Developer Response

When I opened my FAB account someone within FAB made a clerical error and no one checked it this meant my FAB bank account and credit cards could not be linked when using mobile banking. No one has ever tried to resolve this issue after nearly a year so I have to send money to ADCB to pay my FAB credit cards, I was warned by an ADCB representative that FAB provides a sub standard service and I can safely say they were telling the truth.Show lessDeveloper Response

FAB has gone so far with their services from a good daily banking to one of the worst banks in UAE. They’ve toke the opportunity of Covid-19 excuses to terminate people, SLOW THEIR TRANSACTIONS, and delaying requests in the name of COVID 19, they ask customers do do their transactions online when 70% of the in person transactions options are not available online, and when you call the call center they answer you with their famous slogan “we will inform the concerned department and they will get back to you” which they never ever did because apparently there are no one to call you since everyone is being terminated. Now they have cancelled their options to let customers see how many miles they earn from Etihad current account and decided to shift it to mobile banking that “rewards” option never work.. what else can you do FAB, thank you for proving to me and giving me another reason to shift my account to another bank and close my account with you.Show lessDeveloper Response
