- Complaint registration and Viewing on the status of the Complaint Registered - Bill Payment option for Suspended Post Paid numbers - Restriction for Changing Post Paid Rate plan - Reserve/Unreserve SIM

- Self-Registration feature added for B-Ngul service for Prepaid and Postpaid subscriber with valid KYC details.  - If KYC validation is not complete while registering to Bngul , Prepaid subscriber will be redirected to KYC resubmission page and postpaid subscriber will be alerted to contact customer care. - When dealer do resubmission of KYC details verify OTP from subscriber.

New Dealer Features: - Ekyc Option for Authorized Dealer. - Dealer can Submit KYC for new SIM Purchase, resubmit KYC for expired/ rejected KYC , check history and status of the KYC submission. - OCR option for scanning and auto populating of NID details of the subscriber. - Edge detection technology is also provided for more accurate identification of the image. - Can upload the supporting documents for purchase. New Subscriber Feature : - OTP verification while performing S2S operation. - Re submission of KYC document.
