FIX THESE BUGS !
Firstly I’d like to commend u guys for creating such a fantastic updated version by including voice notes recording to WhatsApp status, to be honest it’s so good.
But it’s got few bugs and you’ve got to fix them;
1) once I go offline and I get back online I won’t see any status that was posted while I wasn’t online and it’s heartbreaking especially for business owners like us, we post goods available for sale and most of our customers are unable to see them and patronize us because they were not online the moment we updated our status.
2) As a business owner I have lots of contacts of customers but due to the traffick on the app my WhatsApp hangs really bad I find it difficult to post on my status and if atall I try to it take up to 1hr before my post finally get uploaded. Pls this is really frustrating pls fix it before I start considering abandoning WhatsApp for another social media app that doesn’t glitch. Thank you.Show lessMarveei
Unable to view status
First of all thank you for adding the Voice Note to the status update, it’s really fantastic I love that but the new feature that we won’t be able to view a status update within the period I was not online is out of it. Like once I off my data for like 30 minutes I won’t be able to view all the status people updated within that 30 minutes. It’s really bad, please kindly do something about this. Automatic translate
No doubt WhatsApp is the leading mobile app in the world now , but few things are still lacking . I’m not comparing but considering Skype and WeChat the only advantage they have above WhatsApp is the ability to activate an automatic translate. Which enables you to communicate In your local language and your business partner will do the same , and it reflects on the reader preferred language , if this can be added to WhatsApp we are taking over the world . Excellent application for my businsss
My only regret is the underutilized tag feature. As a business app, I think the label feature has great potential customers for follow up, creating targeted broadcasts or customized groups. At a minimum, it could help me sort through my contacts easily. I am also hoping I can use this label feature to create a community, send customized messages when they contact me or even get customized alerts. I suspect the dev team have plans for this feature and I am excited to see what they accomplish in subsequent updates.Show lessAv Vulcan
Good! But..
Ok I’ll start off with giving them a thumbs up for the business version because there are some super useful tools for running a business. While the normal WhatsApp feels bombarding at times and all over the place, this app lets you focus on each task,
or one group of people at a time so you can be way more efficient with you’re time.
Only issue for me is the constant crashes and bugs that glitch the app out.Show lessNeno95
WhatsApp business crashed on my phone and has refused to function
Firstly I’d like to say thank you for building such a great platform.
The app crashed a few weeks back and I had to uninstall and install back, but ever since then it has refused to open on my phone, I have gone through the process of downloading and deleting several times, it’s absolutely frustrating my business.
