I can’t say enough good things about them
I was drowning in credit card debt and got a loan from upgrade. They paid off all my credit card debt and now I have a monthly payment to pay them back that is hundreds less than what I was paying all my credit card companies. Its also so much less interest. I would have never been able to pay off all that debt without upgrade. My advice is to never get into credit card debt in the first place but if you do and need a way out this is the way to go.

Appreciated Credit
Thank you Upgrade for opening a credit card. I have never had a problem with Upgrade in my time if need. Through them I was able to get a credit score from 638 to 704 in 5 months. It has been a rough 2 years but with the help of securing not only a loan but a credit card too. If you are looking to reestablish new credit start with credit one because they will get you started with a small loan. Keep your payments on time then within months they will offer more. Speedy replies so you won’t be questioning your out come, you will know in minutes. Thank you Upgrade once again.

Poor customer service. Welcome bonus not received.
Poor customer service. As for the “Bonus $400 reward” after 3 debit card transactions and 3 billing cycles it’s a joke. Haven’t received it. Called customer support 3 months ago regarding how to obtain this. Support representative didn’t sound like she knew what she was doing or knew as if she was trying to rush me off the phone. Poor service. Been over 3 months and after way more than 3 debit card transactions that happened a little over 3 months ago they are saying I don’t qualify. I’d give this company ZER0 stars if that was and option.

Upgrade Card holder 1 1/2 years and 2nd account 10 months
Excellent line of credit as it gives you the option to cash out and deposit right to your bank. I was approved for $6k line 1 1/2 years ago and then a $3k Bitcoin line of credit 11 months ago. I have a 709 Trans and 767 Equifax with lates but over 2 years old.
I couldn’t be happier with the service. I’m pretty self sufficient and the app is very easy to pay and see your balance.
The few times I’ve called customer service it was simple & easy to work with.

Excellent App and banking
Upgrade provided me with a personal loan. The application was simple and the approval process was fast. I also have the upgrade card which has allowed me to utilize the withdrawal of funds when I have needed extra cash for projects. If you are considering an upgrade loan or card you won’t be disappointed.

SCAM!! Please do not get this for reward
So I applied for this via credit karma to get the 400$ bonus. I called customer service before I do anything and followed the steps and made the minim payments. But today I called regarding my reward. First agent I talked to transferred me to customer service then she transferred me to a higher up. He specifically asked me to deposit 5$ to my checking account to get the reward and put me on hold till he sort it out. At this point this was a 40 min call. Marvin or someone. Then suddenly the phone was picked up by a completely different lady in “ upgrade reward checking account “ department. She had no clue what’s going on and asked why I called, this was after 45 mins. She said she cannot transfer me back to the previous agent and did not offer any solution rather argued for another 20 mins why she cannot trace back who I was talking to. So at the end no reward nothing, it just a scam. Please stay away from this company at all costs.

Upgrade has saved me twice now with a personal loan. I’m always on the road trucking and the app makes its very easy. I will recommend UPGRADE to everyone I know. The only thing I could ask to be changed is to allow me to purchase crypto as I’m a huge investor but I still love this credit card and app company. Thank you for having my back UPGRADE!

Funding Upgrade Checking Account
Beware that Upgrade at this time does not have the capability to instantly fund your checking account. On initial funding, there is a debit transfer option that funds the account quickly, but afterwards if you are funding your account from your other bank there is a lag time of 2 to 3 days before the funds are listed as available. So the two options for on-going funding is direct deposit and bank transfer. Also, there is no Zelle services either.
