Crappy system
I was driving so I called my local Sports Clips and they told me that one person was ahead of me. My normal stylist was not available yet so she said just come on in and I’d likely be her first customer. I did not want to risk it so I open my app and click the first available to check in. When I arrived, I was number two as expected. After going to the restroom I came out and now I was number four and my preferred stylist was given to someone else who was not on the list when I arrived. My Stylist has not yet started her shift at this point. What is the point of an app to help save you time and manage your time if it doesn’t work. Long time Sports Clips customer who buys the most expensive treatment every time. Looks like I’m going elsewhere.

Needs Development
It’s really annoying that you cant schedule appointments for future dates. Even as simple as the store is opening at 9AM here but it’s 8:30AM. I can’t see who is working to see if I want to schedule my appointment or not.
I realize that this issue is the epitome of White People Problems.. but I’ve run into this issue so many times that it has become ridiculous. In the same fashion, if I called into Sports Clips it should be just as easy to schedule an appointment instead of being told I need to download the app. I wouldn’t care if it was with an automated system.. but for a company as developed as you are. You would think you would focus on making things easier for the customers instead of centered around what works for you.

Very bad
I have taken my children twice and they have left desepcionado because they have not done well what they want and I do not take them anymore there even today I took my youngest child and I showed him a picture of what he wanted and on several occasions I had to say to fix it because it was not like that and anyway it did not stay as I wanted in case there are doubts there is one who works there called Nathalie is very slow, works with fear and almost put my child's head down knees to trim and after all I did not speak to entertain him that was the one I had to say today to fix several times the cut so I do not recommend the place because it does not have charisma or friendliness

People can check in in front of you
This app is a good idea, but has a major flaw. Today I checked in at 3:20 PM with a wait time is 45 minutes for my stylist. I went and confirmed that I was checked in and waiting for my stylist to be done. It said I hadOne minute but after waiting several minutes it bumped me up to 30 minute wait! That is simply not acceptable. You can’t have an app that lets you check in for a certain time. And then put someone else in front else that person and push their wait time back so far. There is a reason that people use the app to check And that reason is to skip going all the way to the store to check in and then have to come back again later. It was very annoying as I don’t have much time during the week to get a haircut. Please fix this!

Sport Clips Fail
Sport Clips fail. Checked in with Sport Clips app and when arrived my name wasn’t on the wait list. Still had the confirmation and arrival time showing l in the app. (Yes, I was on time.) Their only solution was to check in again and wait 40 more minutes. Said I wasn’t going to do that and wait. The stylist said that 2 of them just finished and they would call the names in the list and if the people weren’t there, then they would take me. Fortunately for me there was only one other guy. The stylist who ended up cutting my hair said they have been having major problems with app/online check in and many customers complaining. If this is their customer service model and app performance...then wondering if I’ll ever go back.

Stylist at Sport Clips Myself
As a stylist who works for Sport Clips myself, the idea of the app is helpful, it’s not 100% quite yet but it does work and it is helpful. Sometimes it will give you wrong wait times (not by much) or sometimes it won’t let you check in, but feel free to give us your feedback and we can let our owners know! I love how it especially gives you wait times for specific stylists but it won’t let you choose that stylist if they have over a two hour wait time (which is fair because our stylists need time to breathe!) also, if your stylist does not get their until a later time it will NOT let you check in with them until they clock in, your best bet is to walk in about 15 min before that time they are scheduled and say you want that specific stylist and the stylist should assist you and you should be in no time :) Has a few kinks, but don’t worry.

Never going back
Encouraged by the stylists to use the App to make appointments and not have to wait. Downloaded and used. Said my appointment was for 38 minutes. Got a text that said my stylist would be ready in 10 minutes. Got there in 5 minutes and my name was at the bottom of the list and said I had a 38 minute wait. Stylist said the App does't give you an appointment, it is just like calling a restaurant and telling them you are going to come in 45 minutes. Who calls a restaurant that does't take reservations and tells them you are coming in 45 minutes? This appears to be a scam to get your personal information to sell to a third party. Stay away.

Idea is good but the technology behind it is the worst ever
Best to cut losses and invest in a new system that actually works.
Even Website booking is horrible and has never actually worked.
Please scrap current developers and invest in someone who knows what they are doing.
Myself and 2 boys have tried this 6 times now and now we must call each time and have them type it in manually.
