One of my most useful Spanish Learning tools
This app has been so useful in my Spanish learning journey. It introduces a lot of common verbs that I would use in my vocabulary and teaches me effective studying techniques that guides me to learn rather than remember patterns.
The UI of this app is super intuitive and clean. I love how it breaks down each of the topics, and I love how you get an audio feedback of the verbs presented (very useful). This app is really streamlined to teach.Show lessPlease add 3D Touch features
There is no better method or app to learn Spanish verbs
I’ve tried for years to make progress with Spanish and nothing ever clicked. I would work for a few months and give up. I recently discovered Ella Verbs. In 22 consecutive days I’ve learned more than in all the years before. They have designed the perfect system and the perfect software to support it. You can’t help but learn the conjugations and spot the patterns. You will Internalize the verb endings without even realizing it. I have no connection to the developers and I’m not being paid to write this. I’ve never written a review before. I can assure you, this is THE way to master Spanish conjugations, and without knowing the conjugations, you have nothing. Go on, try it. You will be so glad you did.

Admittedly this is only my second day in on this app. I agree Spanish verbs and their irregularities and conjugations are hard. They drive me crazy. And I learned Latin and can speak French! This app has got me off to a good start with my resolution to speak like a reasonably educated person to my son’s in laws who are Mexican and cultured.Show lesslilymog

I can’t say enough about this app! ¡Es el mejor! I had a base foundation of Spanish knowledge learned through Duolingo 🫣 which is helping me with sentence structure and noun vocabulary.. however the process of learning verbs and their conjugations is slow and limited. Ella verbs moves at a great pace and only allows you to move on when you’ve proven you are ready to do so. The process is informative and the vocabulary is relevant. Everything is broken down and taught in succession. Between the two apps, I’m able to come up with an idea and translate it beautifully. Ella Verbs is a hidden gem!! Best Verb Conjugation App Out There
The title really says it all. Practice conjugating your Spanish verbs with this app. Lots of options, ability to hide the infinitive, make your own custom list, pick your tenses and moods. There isn’t much this app doesn’t already have…but if you think of something, the developers are very responsive and often add features that their users request. Excellent tool to improve Spanish verbs
I’ve been using the paid version of this tool for just over a year. I think it is well worth the money and has without a doubt helped my ability to use different tenses with more confidence.
During that time there have been a number of updates which has improved the quality and usability of the app. I suspect I’m not using all the options still! The app takes you from the most basic verb tenses to the most complex one via a series of milestones.
Each milestone starts with a lesson and is followed by exercises which you can complete as many times as you wish and once you feel confident you can level up which means you answer 30 questions and need to get 28 right to progress to the next stage. You can override this if you wish.
There is also the progress page which gives you an indication of your level of Spanish, on this page you will get smart quizzes. Keep doing these and you can choose either typing of multiple choice so you don’t forget your previous lessons. By completing the smart quizzes and revisiting the previous verb tenses that you have levelled up from will keep your ‘grade’ up. The main things I’d like to see more of now is reflexive verbs in the different tenses.

I’ve tried quite a few books and apps to improve my Spanish and this is by far the best and most useful study aid. The explanations are clear, the quizzes are demanding (watch the accents!), and I love the fact that some quizzes display the verb forms in context. The program is progressively structured so you have a clear sense of goals and progress (as well as reminders to return for reinforcement). And most helpful of all is the ability to customize your study from a huge (and ever growing) library of verbs. This has been especially useful for me with the irregular verbs which are tedious to study on a page but come to life with the quizzes. Best of all, the developers seem very responsive to comments and are constantly improving it. I’m studying French, too, and have yet to find anything equivalent.Show lessIlan-TAG
