Worst thing ever
Can’t customize, can’t view bill pay, can’t see what’s coming. Often locked out and then account is frozen trying to get back in. Takes days to get anything done. Online version worked well, why change it?
No log off!
Every other financial or investment site has an explicit log off. This provides assurance to the user that all transactions with the site have been completed or closed. Any new release of this app should adhere to this standard.
Improved but...
Where have you hidden the cross account transfer function? If we’re able to pay people in the desktop version, we should be able to do it in the mobile version. If I select pay bill, I expect to also be able to edit a biller somewhere.
Does not work. Please fix!
I downloaded the app and opened it. It gets stuck on the Welcome screen. If I close the app and then open it again I see a window that says an update is needed. If I go to the App Store there is no update available so it just says Open. Something is wrong and I really would like the old app right now so I can make a deposit.

Needs updating but no update feature?
I just downloaded the app recently. Now it’s saying I need to update it but it didn’t update when I hit “update now”. Just takes me back to the store which only gives me an option to open. And then I’m back where I started when I select that. What am I

Waiting for it to be better
I know it’s super new, so I’m trying to be understanding of bugs, but so far it’s been giving me issues. My checking account fund total doesn’t always appear, the mobile check deposit keeps giving me errors, and now it won’t let me log on because apparently there is an update - but the App Store doesn’t have the update available to download. So I can’t use the app at all. I know it’s going to be nice once all the kinks are worked out... until then, I miss the old app, and being able to use an app at all!

Needs A Lot Of Work
This new app is terrible. Never works for me. Have had to reset my password 6 times already because it keeps locking me out even when I have the right credentials!!
Update ?
Logged in and can’t use the app because I need the update. Takes me to the update file and nothing there. Back and forth a few times so I click app support here. Links me to the website. Lol. Not the developer. What is going on?
Not great UX decisions
The one star goes to the customization. Not sure why anyone thinks I want to view my accounts one at a time by swiping. I want to see all of them in one screen as before. The new layouts and designs are unappealing and at this point I’d rather go to the website. Glad I started taking money out and moved to another bank.

Love the flexibility!
I really like the options to customize views. Using the customization I was able to create a view that was similar to the view I was used to in the old app.
The new app is practical and easy to use.
One thing I’ve missed already—when making a transfer, the old app displayed the balance of the transfer from account — that was convenient.
