Couldn’t find my account
I couldn’t remember my log in information, so I requested an email. The email said there was no account with my email. I closed the app completely and was signed in with my very same email that supposedly was not in the system.
I am concerned because our local school district is looking into using Rave. We need assurance this app will work as intended.Show lessBecAS369

Where are the alerts!?!
I signed up for alerts for El Dorado county in California, specifically because of the Mosquito fire burning and growing right now. Expecting to get the most up to date on evacuation warnings and mandatory evacuations. The fire is growing closer to our location but I do not see ANY notices in the map areas let alone receiving any notifications.Show lessRo In NorCal
Doesn’t let you in

Love it
I am a 911 dispatcher who uses the software to be able to access information from Smart911 when someone calls for help. This has been a literal life saver for situations when the caller needs help but cannot speak due to safety or for medical reasons.
Suggestions:
Be able to put warnings or alerts on information provided to us. Does the phone owner live in a domestically violent relationship? That would be vital so we don’t dismiss a call as 911 hang ups or open lines.
Be able to put vacation info into the app for people traveling. Destinations, hotels, etc.Show lesskylie.moore1989

I have had the same issue as other reviews. I like the app, but when I log in it says that no user is found with my info. When I try to create an Acct using my info it says the name is already in use….. frustrating but when the app worked it was great.jleedixon
Such a good idea, such poor execution
This is such a good idea and necessary service. However, the execution of this app is awful. Not to mention the password leaks. The app is barely functional. It has a very antiquated interface that makes it difficult to enter information. It PERSISTENTLY demands access to your location and the “No thank you” option is hidden at the bottom is an almost identical color to the box. The execution of this whole app is embarrassing and I have my doubt about how it would actually work in an emergency.Show lesspayyymyyybillllls

Incorrect Location
Your system uses Google maps which has the incorrect location for my address and it doesn’t allow me to place it to the correct location. Useless!NikandAnna
