Security stupidity
No point in writing this review because it's already obvious Buick are one of those companies afflicted by Security Stupidity. Get ready to sign-in, repeatedly, and get multiple codes, from multiple systems, and still not have the app/account/OnStar/family access sync properly.
You can't tell idiots afflicted with Security Stupidity anything because the answer will only be "Oh, that's uh, you know, Security - it's required to not work like a 12 yr old wrote it for us. We know, you just don't understand..."
But I do. And it's not. So when you have problems with their messed up security be prepared to sign-out and back in, and delete and re-load the app. Possibly a couple times. Personally, I recommend setting up all users via web first. Either way, it will work eventually, and pretty well, after you get past their multiple initial validation sync issues.
