Using Paperless billing? Beware!!! Had a credit card hacked using auto pay. Payment request was denied by the bank. Realizing there would be an issue made an online payment with the new card. Default response from the company, send a paper bill with a late fee for two straight months without a notice on the app, an email or a phone call. First call I get, settle past due amount and told it was my fault I didn’t call to set up auto pay with a person after I had paid two months earlier with the new card and was already enrolled in auto pay previously. After the payment was made and the system said I had zero balance when I called back to verify, I received three additional calls within 4 hours requesting the same payment. These are the people protecting your home.
