Easy to use app and great switches!
This switch has been a lifesaver for me and my home. I’m notoriously bad at leaving my straightener on accidentally when I go to work and with this switch I can feel confident that my house is safe! The app was super easy to use, all I had to do was wait for my switch to pair and it was ready to use. Would suggest to anyone wanting an easy smart home solution!

Finally a simple solution
We have a cottage about 400 miles away that we only use occasionally during the winter for snowmobiling. We had a simple plug that you could turn the furnace off and on that was connected through the landline. After 20 years, it quit working. Everything that I could find wanted to either control the entire house or would only adjust the thermostat up or down, not turning he furnace off and on. This product was simple to install-plug into outlet and then plus furnace into box-and the app seems to work from any location. Had the second test run last week. Turned on the furnace when I was leaving home and it was on 6hours later when I arrived. Everyone is doing their happy dance because there will now be heat upon arrival when the snow is three feet deep. I would totally recommend this product if only for its price point and its simplicity.

Touch Smart plugs switches outdoor plug ins.
After getting each unit to sink up with the proper WiFi I love them. However it was not an easy task on any one of the Four that I have. I finally found the exact spot outdoors to synchronize them to my phone after the Third unit. I have a dual router which made it a problem but I think most people have both types of WiFi. I need to stand on the north east corner of my house on the outside facing the house and not with my back to the house. The firm ware update was another thing. A few directions would have helped. It wasn’t until about the fifth try that I noticed that you could only do one of the plugs or switches at a time. The two screens looked a lot alike so I only was looking at the update button which didn’t turn hot until I tapped on only one of the items. Oh well. All is now fine and I love the products now that they all work. Thanks for a great product. I am tech savvy. How do the ordinary folks get these items hooked up?

Doesn’t always follow program
I have my touchsmart set for dusk to dawn seven days a week. It will sometimes not turn off the lights at dawn. I have seen the lights on at midday. I have double checked the setting and everything is correct. Powering off and on resets the lights.
100% mediocre!
device stopped working after power outage - no explanation. i’m in IT and still couldn’t get it to work. finally after a couple days of futzing with it it finally started working again. total mess. don’t depend on it for anything super important- it’s essentially a toy. lacks full functionality really. it’s only almost a complete idea.

Easy to use. Works great with Alexa.
I have four smart plugs. They are super easy to set up and setting schedules in the app felt a lot more intuitive than other apps I’ve used. I use two outdoor plugs to control my landscape lights in the front and my string lights in the back. I have them both on sunset/sunrise schedules. (literally one button to schedule dusk/dawn program). I also have two indoor plugs connected to my living room lamp and swag lamp in my den. I love being able to just tell Alexa to turn them on and off but also like having them automatically turn on right before I wake up in the mornings and when my lights turn off, I know it’s time to leave for work! (it’s a great reminder and has actually helped be better at getting to work on time!)

Touch smart wall switches
I bought one switch loved it so much went back and purchased two more. This particular brand is very simple to install not like most others. My plan in the future consist of installing touch Smart in every possible location of my home. Thanks for a great product.
Best purchase I made in 2019
No more having to go to my shop and turn my warmers on in the morning. Just set it and forget it!
Has worked well for me.
I have about 9 touchsmart outlets and so far they have worked very well for me. I use them through the MyTouchSmart app, as well as, through google home mini for lamps throughout my home.
As a bonus, if you use them through google home, you do not need a bridge to access them remotely.

Pretty good
We’ve had this for about six months now and love how easy it is to use. We have 3 units that are controlled by this app and will probably get a few more.
