Awesome Product!!!!
I bought 2 of the Bluetooth wall plug ins 6 months ago and they worked great with the app and were so easy to set up. I then went and bought two more. I was able to set up and pair with the app in no time, like no more than 5 minutes for each plug in. I’ve read a lot of the reviews here but cannot relate to any of the problems others may have had. These are not complicated devises to set up. I took a couple out of state trips up North, and I was able to turn my lights on and off. I have a Bluetooth camera at home and was able to watch the lights turn on and off just as if I were there in my house. I wasn’t sure if it would work being more than 1350 miles away, they worked great! I was able to program each GE plug in to what ever time I wanted. I now use the dawn to dusk option on the app. I never come home to a dark house anymore. I highly recommend this product to anyone. Kudos to the app developers! So easy to use and set up. Maybe because I don’t use Alexa I did not encounter the problems others have shared.

Sometimes yes sometimes no
We bought two units. One has no problems. The other one goes off-line regularly and nothing we can do to get it to come back on line again. Very frustrating.

Dependable
I used the outdoor device to operate my above ground pool filter we tested it for a week before leaving on vacation 800 miles away for two weeks it worked perfectly we returned to a clean pool unlike previous years when it cost us hundreds of dollars to clean it up
Disappointed
I purchased one of your smart outlets to use for my deck lights. When I attempted to link it to Smart Life (the app I use to control all of my devices), I was disappointed to find that your device was incompatible. I ended up relegating your device to a stand alone solution. Bummer

Needs Supervision
The program app unexpectedly turns device off. I use it to operate a fan for a horse and it is programmed to run from 10am to 10pm. I find the fan off at different times and when I turn it on with mobile phone it does not automatically turnoff at scheduled time. Needs constant supervision.
Works great, love grouping
I have 3 of these and have used them for several months prior to writing this review. All going well, easy to set up and group. Like how easy adjust the all on all off of the group in the app. I bought my switches at Lowe’s. My brother (an electrical engineer) installed them. I am the app operator and owner. I am 65 years young and I find the operation is very straight forward.

Excellent and easy to use.
Love the timer feature and ability to easily deviate when necessary. Perfect for styling tools...never have to go back home to see if I forgot to unplug something.
