The rewards nonsense
It wouldn’t let me turn off the “reward” of 50% off a salad until I signed up and made an account and then when i did, it automatically turned off the reward that I previously couldn’t turn off and I missed it. Super annoying.ardge_ha

Every time I get on the app, it indicates I can redeem a reward, and then there is no way to apply it… This time it was supposedly a “free salad”… Nope, didn’t let me redeem it at checkout…KrakenHouse
App didn’t launch for a bit but works great now!
At first, after the initial screen, the app just goes plain white and seems stuck there.
Now it’s working great. Great app and great salads!!!A320virgin

I’m surprised there isn’t an option for dressing on the side or a comments section to ask for dressing on the side. Other than that, good app.Happy. . .
App never works
I can never get the app to open! I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling multiple times every couple months. Also tried opening the app from the web browser, updated phone and still nothing. I always just get a blank page when I click on the app.MbeeTX

1. There is no support for Apple Pay. It’s far too convenient a feature to skip.
2. The UI/UX is somewhat dated.
It gets the job done, but I some not a fan of adding credit card info to every app. Not some I a fan of clunky apps.Seattle Rover
