Easy to PreOrder, but unclear how to earn Bitcarrots
I love using this app to order my salads twice a week and have them ready and waiting for me when I get there. I have so many orders because I go every week, so I thought by now, I’d have at least a few bitcarrots added to my account. But no. I’m still at the same level I was when I downloaded the app. How do you earn bitcarrots to get to the next level, if not by ordering through the app? Needs improvement
Love evergreens. The app itself is a bit clunky, on occasion my order didn’t even make it to the store’s system (though I got an email confirmation). Would love to see improvements to the app interface and some way to monitor when the order is actually ready. And can we please get the option to have the salad pre-mixed like if you order in person?Show lessTM_1490

I love using the app to preorder. Pick-up is easy! I would like an option for comments/special instructions for each item while ordering.LaSandraR
Good app but could be better
I’m not able to enter my student discount or list how I’d like my dressing (extra, medium or light). It also takes thirty minutes which seems like a long time. Sometimes I get to the store before they make it and stand in line to get it sooner. I like that I get rewards but wish the app was more refined like the Starbucks app.Show lessHinge User
Awesome salads
Salads are awesome as usual. But please have an option to get the salad mixed when being ordered online.
I do order a lot online to escape the que. but it’s not mixed and they some time can’t mix it because of the crowd.Malay.mm
How can I use a gift card?
I have a gift card, but there is no way to add it to my account in the app. I wanna eat your salads and I wanna use the gift card but I cannot use the gift card, I assume, unless I show up and order in person and most locations are too busy at lunch time not to preorder. As such, y’all are like 5th on my list of go-to lunch spots. Fix this, and with the quality of the food, I’d be more likely to go.Show lessDrewhharrison
Best Salads
These salads are so good and easily customizable. People here are really nice and my orders are fast on the app. Thanks, I’ve been much healthier since eating here on work days.tamrakareen
Unhelpful
App gave error messages. More importantly, there is so way to customize an order - i.e dressing on the side.
Also, no way to change or notify the company, Evergreens, if there is a problem with the order.Britt Neff
Restaurant never has my order ready
I Oder through the app so I can just pick up during my lunch and everytime they never have my order ready when I get there ! App is fairly easy to useLoigirl
