App is terrible
This is the first review I have ever written and I went out of my way to write this. First, editing your order is very frustrating and I always have to go through trouble just to reorder the same thing. Second, there is a delivery promotion that is going on right now and I used that option. I set my order for 2pm and by 2 the app said my order was delivered but in reality they gave it to door dash and I was unable to see when it would arrive. My order ended up arriving two hours later with no notification of delivery.Show lessMsj:)

Wants my CVV number even if I stored it with the saved card. When I entered the number it said the number wasn’t valid. Had to add a new card to get it to all work. Shoddy execution of payment management. Also delivery from one local evergreens shows q entire day! When I select another location it’s “uh oh something went wrong”.Show lessAruntalkstech

Confusing app- didn’t register my order
The app took my order, asked for my phone number, then told me when my order wound ready. 25 minutes later when the order was supposed to be ready, I asked at the counter and they had no record of my order.
The people at the store were very helpful and the food was delicious. Stand in line, skip the app!Show lessMy spouse

Horrid experience
So many things not working, have to figure out path through app to order since menu items were not clickable, then locations were not clickable. Finally it rips of employees during a pandemic by not allowing you to tip. That is complete BS. It should not take 10 mins to place an order through an app. Treat your customers and employees better.Show lessmineshaftgap
My past order dissapeared
It worked in general just to order a salad.
However I have been noticing that the past orders where I can just tap and re-order tend to disappear after a while/an app upgrade.
Why can’t you ensure that I can just reorder the same thing with just a press of a button? This is such a big missed opportunity.Show lessNaldi_k

I'm glad the app has worked out its tweaks. It is not smooth and the saved order, rewards, and order ahead features work great! I love skipping the lines during lunch rush to grab my perfect salad!Fetherd
