Needs work
The interface is pretty and the idea is good, but the user experience is very frustrating. Lists menu items that aren’t available (like old seasonal salads), and won’t let you check out when there’s “something” not currently available... but doesn’t tell you what that thing is, so you get to play “remove this” on your custom order until you figure it out. The system clearly has something flagged, thus stopping order submission, so just tell us what it is - or better yet, don’t let us select it in the first place!Show lessIngenFitz
Confusing
The app functions similarly to the Starbucks app, but without as much clarity. It’s hard to understand the remainder of your pre-loaded amount and what you need to do for your next reward. It’s unclear what a “BitCarrot” is even worth or how you accumulate them. Needs some user-friendly updates.harperwatson57
Salad order
The app is great, the only downside is that you can’t write comments, you have to call the restaurant to make changes if you want more or less cucumbers for example.FireBallDana
Issue flagged
Ordering On the application I get error messages suggesting that items are not currently available, but I try again ( starting over- re-entering) and it works. This has happened to me on the last two internet orders. I will continue to try!capturing it
Too many errors prevent ordering
This app would be great and convenient if it didn’t have so many errors preventing my order from processing. I’ve reverted back to the web as I’ve only had success about 1/2 the time. Tries to remember my order but repeatedly says the menu has been updated (for the signature salad I’ve been getting for years that’s unchanged). Network errors that prevent order processing. Topping unavailable errors. App seems pretty easy to use and configure your order. Hope they can smooth the errors out.Show lessryan01234
Salad ordering made easy
The app is easy to navigate! I’m able to leave a tip for the hard working staff when paying for my salad! The app sends me secret deals that you only get if you have the app! I received a free salad just for signing up! I love Evergreens and eat there daily, this app is just what I needed to fit my busy schedule! I order then pick up! Every time I try to reorder a past order, it tells me the restaurant has updated its menu and won’t let me order. But then I order the same thing and the menu is no different. Does anyone at your company ever use the app?no nickname. app is terrible.
