Used to be great
I used to use this service when it was Canada only but ever since it went NA - I can’t get a hold of support or use the app without reoccurring login issues. So frustrating!! The call number doesn’t work because every extension is not in service.

Unreliable and frustrating service
Dormers show up late, or don’t show up at all. When you cancel last minute you pay a fee. But when the diemer cancels on minute before scheduled service, or don’t show up at all, the app gives you an auto $10 off of your next service. Deleting the app and will find a more reliable service.
Moving service is a scam ( warning do not use)
I am moving so I tried to use this app. Which was a horrible Mistake. I requested a 16 ft truck w 2 people for 2 hours. I made sure to be very specific with all details. They found me someone who could do they say do the job. When I went to confirm. To text the person who was supposed to. Provide the service. I paid for at first they didn’t reply. I then let them know if you do not reply I’ll cancel I just wanted to confirm. The person then text back a day later and replied I don’t need to bring a truck you are moving into the same building. I then replied no that is incorrect please reread the description.
He never replied back. I then asked the app to find me someone else this person cannot provide the services. They then cancelled the whole order instead of finding me someone else. And not I am stuck w no one to move my belongings. Have my money in pending until they refund it and time wasted. Do not use this app it a scam. How is it they only have one person that can provide the same services. And if it’s not that person there isn’t anyone else. I hope I actually get a refund now otherwise I’ll have to dispute it with my bank. What a nightmare.

App is good but service is bad
I setup a service appointment for plumbing and the diemer constantly postponed and finally didn’t show up by the end of the day. When I rescheduled the same thing, finally cancelled job. One should be careful about their pricing it’s not for the entire job it is time bound and the price can go higher than what they say. It is better to find a local pro rather than dealing with uncertainty.

Good services, app is glitchy
Services were good, but the app has flaws. And customer service is literally non-existant. Needed to cancel an order and app wouldnt let me scroll down far enough to click cancel lol. After calling and texting the numbers they have for customer service with absolutely no answer I gave up.
Criminal Cleaning People
Do not use this app. The first time we used it, the cleaning lady stole medication, a purse, and various other items. We payed for a 5 hour cleaning and the one bedroom apartment was still extremely dirty. When my girlfriend checked in on her, the cleaning person was smoking a cigarette on our back porch. Have tried to contact customer service to complain but they will not answer.

App works fine- but appointments never show up
The app works great but the people this company is using are not reliable. I tried to hire three different jobs, they were all scheduled and then either no called no showed, or they tried to collect payment off the app via text or they weren’t going to do the job. I live in a major US city so it’s not like these jobs and tasks were out of reach. Thumbtack app has way more accountability and you pay the person directly not through the app. Using this app completely ruined my Memorial Day weekend plans.

Frightening Experience
The handyman asked me to send money directly to him before the job. He calls “loan” because he has no money to come to the job location. He used inappropriate language during the conversation. With fear, I contacted Diem, but no human response except standard robot messages which are useless. This app is helpless when a service provider (Diemer) causes you a trouble. All you know about the Diemer is his/her first name while he/she knows where you live and other personal info. I was frightened and am still scared thinking he would break in my home or something because he begged me to loan him money and I said no. Terrifying experience!

Lies to customers.
I’m a service provider and I’m so disappointed with Diem. Diem does not explain to customers that the rate is not an estimate for how long it will take to complete a job. It is a quote for the minimum for service provider to come out and render services. The customer is left to believing that a 4 hour job is a 1 hour job. Your left arguing with the customer on your own. Good luck with reaching out to Diem for help as they don’t care about their customers or service providers during these horrible experiences for both. In other words they are SCAMMERS!!! Beware!
