If I could give zero stars
Awful customer service. First diemer no-showed. Second diemer was cancelled two hours before agreed-upon time. Then the customer service people gave me two different stories (one that the person didn't have a big enough truck, and then second that the cost of gas is too high and he wouldn't be able to do the work for the approved price--- which excuse is it?)

Please beware
I have rated this service a 1 star, but I’m not happy about it. I wish I can give it zero stars. My daughter is selling her home. The closing is set for tomorrow. We thought it would be nice to hire a service to come in and just put the finishing touch on this home. This home has not been lived in since it went on the market. So it’s actually really clean already. But we want to make sure the people moving in to this house, to have a spotless house they just bought. The two “cleaners” that were sent to this house said they were here for 4 hours. When I stopped by to check, the floor still wasn’t vacuumed, the counter, fridge, oven were actually more dirty then when we cleaned it for showing. It literally look like they took a dirty wet rag to wipe things down. I hate to think what was on that rag. The entry rug was dirty, full of sand and debris. There’s no way that was vacuumed either. I’ll post pictures of what I found if I can. I’ve had to spend three hours cleaning up the mess these “cleaners” left behind. I’m not sure what kind of “vetting processes” that was used to hire these clowns. But it scares me for anything else they have to offer. I will never use this service again. I suggest everyone to use other resources for these types of service. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Great idea, needs better Diemers-Warning theft.
So the setup was pretty easy and so was the verification process on my side.
Paid an extra fee for same day service as expected. Didn’t get service for 2 days.
Service arrives disheveled but ok, it’s a cleaning service what could go wrong?
Credit card fraud within 3-5 hours of the cleaner leaving. The card was in one of the only two places that I had requested cleaning.
Note: this was NOT a full clean just one bedroom. That bedroom had a biometric lock & I was at home. The only way he got in was with my fingerprint and no one else had or has been in that area of the home or my hand would be required.
Company offered to give me his information to sue him but nothing else. Never using them again. What good is it to sue him for something the bank has already deemed as fraud? None especially in a state where he has nothing I can recover.

Scam app
House cleaner stole from Diem us. Several thousands of dollars worth of things. Her name is Cindy puapuaga. Diem has failed to reach out to us and help. After confronting Cindy she has sent me voice recordings of her threatening to share photos and videos of my home and personal items to people. I’m not sure if this is true or she is just insane. Either way, filing a police report this Monday. I looked her up and she has two lawsuits against her, Diem, what is your vetting process?

Useless computer app.. No person to contact. I bought cleaning services - and scheduled time but did not get any reply
to emails or texts. There is no number to call. So you do not know whether someone will come or not. No one showed up at scheduled time . And there’s no wat to cancel service … except tk text . After texting also no reply and someone showed up later during the day when Jon was already done. Let’s see whether I get refund of my money!

This app IS A FRAUD!
BEWARE DIEM PAYS PEOPLE TO LEAVE FAKE REVIEWS HERE. Do not trust this app!’ Look at the reviews.. multiple reviews with the same exact words by different names done so stupidly they are posted one right after another. Firm spams Craigslist like mad daily across the country. Workers are not vetted. No one is background checked. Most have no experience at all and your house cleaner one day is your plumber the next. Dime is in Canada so you can’t even sue them if something goes wrong. Firm IS A LEAD GENERATION SERVICE and from the lies and fake reviews you might as well go hire from Craigslist because that’s where they hire their ‘workers’ from. HOW IS APPLE ALLOWING THIS COMPANY YO POST FAKE REVIEWS?!?!

They took the money and no service provided
They sent someone at a different time than requested. Very rude customer service. Did not return my full refund. They started with offering no refund, then offered a discount on future purchase, then offered less than half refund. The issue was their app had a glitch and did not communicate with me not did it update the time. I lost money and got no service.

Worse company ever !!
I have no idea how they are in business … a bunch of idiots and liars. I paid for a cleaning service on Monday - no one comes , no one update me. I call them - I get a VM … no one answers. I leave a message , no one calls back.
Day goes by , and another - I text them , they say they are too busy and have no cleaners … another day and another. It’s been a week and still nothing , not even a date - no eta - nothing.
This company is a joke and they are going down - they have no support and they lie constantly.

Terrible customer services
I hired Diem home services to clean in Edmonton, CA. For one bedroom apartment. The person arrived at time, however, he asked me to extended the services and I did. After the time was out I went to my apartment and the only things cleaned was bathroom, stoven and oven.
I submitted a complain because I don’t see any point to paid 4.5 hours to clean 3 things. The diem cleaner not even sweep the floor, clean my fridge or cabinets. Nothing.
The manager just offer me 10% because the dimes showed the job was done properly, which is not true and I sent all the photos and videos in how my apartment looks like.
I won’t recommend this services to anyone. Too much time consuming for what get done.
