Untrained, unprofessional workers and zero company contact
I’ve used Diem twice now. This is the worst excuse of a company. There is no company. There is no communication, no way to really get in touch with them and their cleaners are untrained and unprofessional. They make you complete the job with the diemer in front of you and at the same time expect you to rate them. The ratings and feedback don’t show when you book them. Scam of a company if you ask me. I’d rather ask someone off the street for help. The risk is the same.

Bogus Cleaners
If you are looking for quality steer clear from this bogus app. I hired a cleaner for two hours and he simply swept all the mess under my dish washer and mopped the dirt around the floor leaving marks. The best thing he did was takeout the trash which should show you how much a use this app is. Customer support refunded me a measly $20 of the $90 I paid for this service, for a house that was not even clean when it was left. Parents, just have your children clean up your house, they’d be better maids than any of these lazy workers that are hired through the app.

They cancel at the last minute
Scheduled a house cleaning service and at the last minute Maurice cancelled and said he was very sorry but his car broke down. Mind you he told he exactly when he was supposed to show up. I said fine, come next Saturday. Saturday comes and he cancelled again. I requested another Diem and can’t get a female cleaner. What a waste of time and effort. Go to Craig’s List or somewhere else

Cleaning Service
Booked a 2 hr cleaning service through the app but it never got scheduled. The customer service is prompt in response but the new diemer was never rescheduled. Never using the service again.
Great new way to get the job done!
I chose the six hour two person crew for cleaning my house for the cost of $300 the only issue I had was that the person that contacted me to do the job wanted to do it by herself, I did not feel this was a good idea because that is equal to 12 hours of cleaning somebody’s house in one day. That’s a long day for a person to clean house and a long time to have them in my house. Eventually I gave in because she was so persistent and she did do a wonderful job. She stayed the full 12 hours but I did not get what I really should have gotten out of the job because she was so exhausted about halfway in.

I deeply regret using this app
This app is horrible. I was double charged for a cleaning and had to text back and forth with their customer service endlessly before I finally demonstrated enough proof and commitment to not giving up that they reimbursed me. They never answered their customer support line. Zero effort to investigate on their end. Treats the diemer poorly too. I deeply regret going this route - be smarter than I was!

Great…If you want flakey & under-qualified people to do mediocre jobs
I hired Diem for 4 different projects. All 4 of the service providers either flaked or showed up hours late to the scheduled service. I spent much time texting and rescheduling with them, and had to rearrange my schedule to accommodate them-not convenient at all!
Two left before completing simple jobs and had to return days later to complete due to personal reasons. One lectured my child for being messy when she was there to clean.
All were people I did not feel comfortable having in my home.
The cleaning was mediocre, the handyman projects were done sloppily.
Customer service was good at first, but they never followed up on issues, leaving them unfinished.

Scammers!
Buyer beware! We purchased a house cleaning service, they sent over randoms and they basically scammed us. They through comet cleaner all over the house and basically rubbed it all over with the same rag. We had hairs on our walls, crumbs and dust on our floors, our shower tiles and glass door have a thick white film of chemicals, all of our mirrors all filled with white film, we had to not only clean over everything they did but we also had to open all the windows for the entire day because of what seemed like a life times worth of chemical cleaners. The smell lasted 2 nights. We wanted a clean house, not a murder cover up.
We contacted their support; and they were no help. They basically told is that we got what we paid for. Avoid this DIEM. they don’t care. When looking online afterwards I saw that this was happening to others, same scam.

Won’t trust them again
Diem confirmed my appointment, even changed my time frame for me, and the day of my move the Diemer said he never accepted my job and didn’t know anything about it. I gave this two stars because the Diemer made it work and still showed up to move, but decently damaged my wall moving my couch, almost broke my patio door, and mid-move told me they weren’t supposed to be doing any heavy lifting according to what Diem does ( that is NOT in writing anywhere). When I asked Diem about the wall, which the Diemer never mentioned, they said they weren’t liable and it would be on the movers to repay me. They then told me the only thing they could do is give me $20 off my next service or refund me $10 of my $170. I paid $300 for U-Haul to do the second half of my move and the guys were nice, didn’t damage a thing and actually finished an hour early. I wouldn’t trust doing business with Diem again.

Great app if you need home cleaning!
I booked a 6 hour cleaning, same day service cleaning and a cleaner came the same day. Same day service was really important for me due to the fact that I had a flight the next morning so I appreciated that. The cleaner came and did a wonderful job very thorough and got the job done. Thank you!
