  • LAZ Parking App

The App has glitches. When selecting the duration, time often provides the incorrect end time and the actual pass has to be reviewed. The App has also failed on many (6+) occasions over the past 2 years on several different phones and IOSs. IT help is nonexistent as I have sent numerous request for assistance via email, chat, and calls (to LAZ) that have gone unanswered. The user has to remove the app and start over. LAZ have a monopoly on certain parking regions so they do not care.

  • Good app but qualified opinion

The app is easy to use, no issues with payment or registering vehicle. The only issue I had was it would not find my location when I typed it in. I had to scroll around on the map to locate it. Maybe because it is abbreviated in the app and I typed out the name. There needs to be a common sense association algorithm so that it understands Mt. = Mount.

It was super easy to use though once I got the stations correct and it even holds my last spot on the Home Screen which is great for daily commuting.

  • Quick and easy

I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it is to use the app once your account is set up. Definitely would recommend to others.
  • Prisoner in my apartment

I live at the Flats II. Living here is like being a prisoner when there are events all around you. I am handicapped and have fallen down the garage steps trying to get to my apartment. There are very few handicap spots in the garage too.
I pay monthly yet on event nights I might have to park on level 3 or higher. Why can’t the visitors be directed to the higher levels

  • Extortion

One south church parking garage in Tucson charged me an additional 3 dollars to leave even though my arrival time and departure time was in-between my paid reservation time. We left 20 min early and the kiosk wouldn’t let us out of the parking lot without paying. Called LAZ parking and they said they would have the attendant call us to refund our money. Never heard from anyone. Considering carrying a sawzall to let myself out next time.

  • Easy and convenient

This app makes parking so much easier than having to find the payment machine. I use it almost every day at a train station.

The negatives are that feedback or help is never responded to and even though I have a default payment set up in my profile it seems to keep picking Apple Pay when I go to pay. Apple Pay is not even set up in my profile. Why have the option of a default payment method if it is going to be ignored?

  • Patience

If you happen to download this app and enter all of the required information, make a reservation in the portal or One Time parking request, be patient!!
After following the guidelines I never received the Parking Pass or emails for my monthly reservation.
The contact information and numbers are practically useless. So I thought!!
Apparently they were not receiving notifications from the app signup page and cannot answer what is not known to them.
You can call and leave a message with the “Houston” agent, she will eventually return your call.
Final rating to follow once I complete my first visit.

  • Horrible app : )

This app is so bad. They don’t send push notifications to let you know when your parking is expiring. The “restrictions” pop up is so pointless. The error messages are terrible and not informative. When you select your parking duration, it just tells you in hours so you have to calculate yourself when the session will end. It would be so easy to just add the time at which your parking will expire. It will let you attempt to buy a parking session when you already have one, and then error message that pops up is not helpful at all. Basically needs a full UX overhaul to compete bc park mobile is so much better.

  • Love parking here

I just moved to Middletown and I work in the city. I love parking here because it’s secure and convenient since I work in the city and have to take three trains to get to work and back. I just hop in my car and drive home. It’s $1.25 /$1.40 for 16 hours!!! NYC would never do this! lol the app is easy to use.

  • Inaccurate monitoring

Be prepared to pay the day you park and three months later when they decide to mail you a notice that you are being charged again.
Watch the perimeters - do not wait 15 minutes in your car to pay you get charged
Their notice practices are predatory- if they can find any way to fine you they will.
App is garbage & fails to open from camera scan
