Please help get this working better
Please help I’ve tried everything they have told me to do! Please help make our time more bare able! Just wanting to talk to him 20 every day is spent why I’ve done everything they suppers. I have reinstalled it many times put everything on all permissions please help!
Number problem
I’m having trouble putting my number into it it like won’t lower the keyboard so I can click text verification.
Technically garbage
I’ve tried to set this up on 4 different devices now and none of which it has successfully worked on! Why is this happening , it causes real sense of false hope you’ll get to see a loved one especially when going to the the jail itself to do the same visit is too far for only 20 minutes . Seriously need this fixed!

Terrible.
This app is just a total money waster for inmates. Get the hopes up for people trying to video chat loved ones and it never works. Literally connects for half a second and disconnects from the server. TERRIBLE.
No point to this app
Not a single video chat has worked, but it still charges you every time you try. HORRIBLE app. Total rip off. Gets your hopes up to see your loved ones, to just see a blank/white screen with no sound, if it even connects at all.

I am Having the Same Problems As The Review Below . I don’t Why This Does Not Work .. I Even Tried To reconnect Server Or Have A Test Call From Reliance Yet They Can’t Even Give Me a Test Call .. Please Fix this issue

Product worked fine until my phone updated and now it does not work. Can’t receive test call or use video calls

It seriously doesn’t even work for iPhone, tried it on a few different phones and still doesn’t work smh
