Don’t waste your time or money
This app is useless I managed to see the other person for 1 second and then the screen went white and continued to do so every other time after that. I don’t understand why the developers won’t do anything to fix it judging by other reviews it’s been like this for months it’s very upsetting.

This app does not work. I can see myself on screen then call is disconnected. I’ve not had any call successfully connect for video chat.

Does not work
I have received probably between 30-40 calls between yesterday and today, and every single time I answer, the screen goes white, I can see myself, and then after about 5-10 seconds, it disconnects. Not one of the at least 30 calls have connected. I've tried reinstalling the app, reconnecting my Wi-Fi, trying it on a different device, but nothing works. It's very frustrating, and I will would recommend just calling rather than trying this app for video chat.

Every time I answer the screen is white and just me then hangs up right away.

Had the exact same experience kept receiving my phone calls all it did when I answered was turn white and then hang up
Useless and money scam
App doesn’t work on my phone. It rings and then when you answer the screen goes white. Also doesn’t work with test call. Customer service is only open Monday thru Friday from 9-6 which isn’t conducive for someone with a day job. No refunds if money isn’t used by inmate. Total crap scam.
