Past couple of weeks has been intermittent
I’m not sure what’s going on but for the past couple of weeks my Internet has been dropping off, and I have received no notification about the Internet being down

Poor internet service
Experiencing numerous internet outages for the past week and no customer service reps answer the support telephone line- waited ones 20 minutes (2 times)with horrible elevator music while on hold and still no way to leave a message.

I have been a customer of Blue Ridge for over 45 years, always paid my bill on time & I enjoy having the channels I love.
That being said, I recently received the new box & I have had much frustration with it.
Pausing, shutting off & widespread outages due to technical issues.
My patience is wearing thin.
I was told it’s my router ……
Unplug for a few minutes …….
I counted 26 times of interruption in a 1 hour show.
This is not acceptable especially with the monthly charges I am paying.
I don’t won’t to cancel my cable subscription but I am considering it

Service is absolutely horrible, tv is 45 seconds delayed and only works half the time , it isn’t working right now , as I speak !!!

Just wanted to comment how pleased I am with my internet service it’s been very enjoyable to have a company that has been very responsive and supportive whenever I’ve had an issue which has been very very rarely.
