Identity theft and fraud
I feel that there are sketchy people who work for this business who has aided in the theft and fraud that has been happening because I had a few conversations with supposed tech support people who were not really from blue ridge. My account has MDM restrictions and my calls are relayed to the fake business account that were created sing my identity?
Pretty wild accusation however I do have documentation that show’s shady dealings and the information is going to the authorities ASAP!

Assumed data useage would be available was wrong

Thank you for your feedback. Customers are now able to view data usage through the app. Once logged in click the Menu icon in the top left then tap Internet Service. Then View Data Usage. If there is anything else we can do to improve your experience, don't hesitate to let us know.
