Love the cold wallet but the app continuously struggles. This happened once before where the app would crash upon loading and the only finish was to delete it, reinstall, and retype phrase. Shouldn’t have to do this every few months due to poor app management. Brand new phone too so that’s not the issue.
The Ellipal device looks good on paper, but is a constant migraine in actuality. Way too many firmware updates, app updates, device updates, and app glitches. This is the second time in three weeks I've had to completely update the entire system, app, & device only for the device to fail to speak to the app when trying to move coins.
Customer service will waste days giving you canned responses that are of zero help. They will leave you out to dry for days while the canned responses pile up in your inbox.
Ellipal, you can do better; and you should. This company will not be around for long. guaranteed.

I suggest always updating to the latest firmware. I purchased two of these when they first came out and the product firmware and software has improved tremendously. I highly recommend it's quality is unmatched!
I bought this device with excitement but when I received the titan and tried to do the firmware update, it would not go through no matter what I tried, even with another SD card and then when I try to reach out for help all they tell me is buy another SD card and won’t give me a refund, DEFINITELY WONT RECOMMEND AND I THINK THIS HIGH RATING ARE A SCAM
Having trouble transferring HBAR from Bittrex into Ellipal. Haven’t had any other issues with other crypto.
Only 2 issues, ONE: the battery doesn’t last, if you don’t shut it down and turn it back on for every use, the battery dies pretty quickly. TWO: And this is the more important one—sometimes randomly the app doesn’t allow me to send the coins when I need it to, especially during critical moments in the market this is a disaster. I know its nothing to do with the blockchain and your coins are safe and you can use another wallet but it shouldn’t happen, it never happened with any other wallet I’ve used, why is it with Ellipal…? apart from those two things, it is overall a great product and serves all practical purposes. Please fix the latter! that seems to be an issue on a lot of complaints I’ve read online and it really shouldn’t happen (for me it was with XLM). Just a few tweaks would be nice, that’s all I’m saying.

What type of networks can I use to move my cryptos ? Is Solana network or Matic network supported by any chance ? 👀 please respond. I am trying to avoid Etherium network at all cost, let me know what are the options. Thanks!

In addition to the Ethereum network, the ELLIPAL cold wallet also supports 40+ main chain networks (such as BTC, XRP, ADA, etc.), and the same type of Ethereum as the BSC and HECO networks; you can use ELLIPAL's Swap function to transfer Ethereum Exchange coins to other chains or networks.
We are gradually adding more network types, and Solana and Matic will be gradually supported in subsequent versions.

The whole QR thing would be far nicer than Ledger…if o could count in it to ACTUALLY WORK. Now I’ve moved my whole portfolio over to a wallet that seems to have locked up my funds???
