Confusing device
How do I know my crypto is stored in cold storage and not in the hot wallet? My interface is orange and doesn’t prompt me to verify and transactions with my ELLIPAL Titan?xavierpaz007
Won’t update
Love the app and device but it won’t update . I reached out to customer service and have received no reply. If I don’t hear back by in a week or so I’m going to buy a ledger . It is unfortunate because I love the device and the functionality .jdcmm

Very poor technical support for the money I’m trying to contact them for a whole week and the only response I am getting it don’t worry what does that mean I don’t know.

The start setup is very vague and I found it confusing. I set up an account on ELLIPAL and got the memonic phrase,no problem. Then when I went to my phone,it said to setup an account which I did then it gave me another memonic phrase. NOW DID IT SETUP another account? So now I don’t know if I have more than one Private and Public keys!! I don’t want to put in money and not know where it is.Gdcol

Thank you for writing, actually the first step is to create an account on the Titan, and then connect it with your App, so you will have a cold wallet account on the app. And if you directly create an account on the App, you will have a hot wallet account that shows an orange color :)Terrible
Shows your balance and it fluctuates based on the market but doesn’t give you actual access to your balance for several hours. Funds are in the account and it says insufficient funds when trying to send to somebody else. Today is my last day using this appjasewhaba715362
