Insufficient Balance Errors
I have been trying to send btc from my wallet balance but it keeps saying insufficient balance when I have enough and more balance for the transaction . Please I NEED HELPTajdhvd
Lost Bitcoin
Okay so I’m setting this up and it looks clean and everything and I’m excited about this wallet but I just attempted to send my wallet 100$ in Bitcoin from Coinbase and now it’s just gone lol.colinmcgee:)
Started Out Great…
When I first ordered the Ellipal Titan, it required a firmware update. I followed the steps to a “T” and it eventually worked. HOWEVER…. The PREVIOUS firmware update and the MOST RECENT, 3.3.0 keeps providing me with a “fail to copy files” error. I use a mac and I am seeing in forums that this is a common problem with the Titan. I even bought a new 16g micro SD card and when that didn’t work, I bought a new adapter (with the stand). That didn’t work either. In my opinion, this is not worth the headache. Get a different wallet. With the Solo air drop coming out, I didn’t want to risk missing it, so I bought a ledger nano s And it works great.

Customer service, while friendly, is not helpful. Now I will have to buy a new Titan as my current one is no longer charging.Sambo0861

Error/Glitch
So far I updated the app it shows all my crypto and how much I have but since the update it shows 0$ on my accounts . Needs to be fixed .3 stars for now until it gets updated other then that 5/5 stars .123321rick9191
Markets option does not work
Hello
After I did the update the markets option does not work. When I press for the markets it attempts to open then just kicks me out of the app. Not sure what is going on. Any ideas??

VTHO $Value NOT SHOWING UP
So far app and wallet function well save one glitch that won’t seem to correct itself… I transferred my VTHO over from Binance US and transfer was successful and coins show in my VET wallet but it shows $0 value..? In researching issue found that this is a common glitch apparently. This issue needs resolved other than that fairly happy. Giving 4 stars, would have been 5 stars if VTHO issue wasn’t there…Fyrewatir1979

I have observed defects in your iOS Ellipal app where your different screens may show different amounts and out of sync history of transactions. One page may show some balance and another page may not show it at all for a while. Or one page show the balance but the transaction history may not show the transaction responsible for the balance. It may take some time and repeated refreshes of all pages to finally see all pages in sync.IdeaThrower
