Fantastic app that works if so long as you input the correct information! **Be Aware** if you type in a incorrect title number but the correct plate number it will lock you out after multiple attempts! You’ll have to try again at midnight.

Beware
The app works to renew a registration but beware if you have more than one transaction. They collect $3 per transaction but it’s supposed to be paid me fee for multiple transactions. They did not drsign the app to make it easy or obvious to perform multiple transactions under one fee. They will not offer any customer service if you call to complain about multiple $3 fees even though this is contrary to the DMV website. They could easily improve the app to facilitate multiple transactions but they make money by making that nearly impossible. Beware!

Great App
I love this app . I use it year after year . Going to get the inspection first and sitting there knowing I can pay for my registration or customize my license plate. Really I don’t like standing in the DMV line wondering why does it take so long . This App is very wonderful. The app gives you a receipt so, don’t worry about getting pulled .

Garbage App
This app doesn’t work. I’m typing in the license plate number and last five digits of my title number directly from the registration renewal letter, and I’m told that they can’t find my vehicle in the system. When I clicked to FAQs to try and trouble shoot, it took me to a blank page. Then I sent an email, before I read that it would take seven business days to get a response! I got this app 10 minutes ago and I’m deleting now!

Great app! Works Great! Very Convenient! Saves time and money!
For those people that are always finding something to complain about, get a life! The app WORKS FLAWLESSLY if you know what you’re doing! And for having to pay a $3 fee? That’s a drop in the bucket compared to having to get up and get ready, put wear and tear on your vehicle, spend money on gas, waiting in line for awhile most of the time and figuring all the time you invested doing it all just to get a little sticker for your license plate! NO THANK YOU! I will stay home, set in my comfortable chair with this app in hand and renew my registration in about 2 minutes! Ahhhh the time and money I saved feels really great! So, y’all keep the negativity and complaining going and drive on down and stand in that line and spend that money and wear out your vehicle prematurely and then you won’t need that registration renewed after all!

I’m a Fan
First off I don’t know why people are complaining about the 3$ fee, if you have ever done anything dmv online or most payment websites your paying some sort of convenience fee. I will gladly pay 3 to avoid taking time off to go stand in line at the DMV. The bot isn’t even that bad. I guess people don’t like change. I however like the ability to pay all my renewals at once so this worked out great for me thanks

Terrible System - A Huge Step Backwards
This system is much less convenient or reliable than the previous DMV-hosted system. And for that privilege, you have to pay a fee. The chat bot is a stupid interface, clunky and often has trouble. When you hit a snag (about 1/2 the time) you then have to contact the DMV to get the issue resolved (read: long wait times on the phone). Going back to the previous system would be a huge improvement.

Even more $$$?
I did not find the Robo chat very useful. The previous webpage was straightforward and had a good user interface and workflow. Using the chatbot felt disjointed and gave the illusion of being assisted, when you really had no additional assistance available. On top of that, it cost additional money to pay my property taxes.
With The previous User interface we were able to print a receipt right there on demand. Now it says it shows up in her profile. More clicks and more navigation to get something I need.
Please return to the previous web based user interface. Please.

Fee vs human
You decide, but I’m not happy to pay a $3 fee to renew my registration that was free before. It’s not hard to do with the app, but the website was free! Sick of fees, if you want people to use your non human app, thats putting humans out of jobs I think fees are unnecessary. You’re already saving money, so don’t charge me to use it. Otherwise, I’d rather deal with a human.
