Can’t save registration to wallet
The digital vehicle registration appears in the app, but when I try to save it to iPhone wallet, it gives me an error message: “ERROR we are experiencing some technical issues, please try again in some more time.” I hope you will fix this as re-entering all of the registration information in the app over and over is a little time consuming. Can’t wait to get a digital DL.

Only One Issue
Every process was simple and very user friendly , however I was unable to send a receipt to my email address. It responded Technical Error.😕

Not worth the time and energy
I’ve written two prior reviews which were not posted. I would rate zero stars if I could. I attempted to renew my registration and the app stated each time that it could not process the payment. However, when I checked my bank account, teach attempt to renew was charged to my account. So, the effort of having to reach out to my financial institution has been frustrating as the money will be temporarily put back in my account, but if it will processes they’ll the ban will take the money back out then I’ll have to work with the city to get my money back. Ugh!
