Great concept but needs improvement
I like the idea having your watch info and proof of purchase within the app, getting and extra year of warranty, etc; however, registration process was a little bit hard because I had problems scanning the back of my watch and read the numbers, then continued telling me the models number and serial numbers were not matching, even thought I was providing the info that was on the back of my watch. Finally I was able to do
It entering manually the caliber and case number but gave me a different serial number. I needed up going to the website and registering my watch there and was easier and got a confirmation email. Perhaps Citizen should update database and scanning process, other than that I like it

I bought this watch at EZ Pawn in Spring Texas. I paid $90 for it , then I took to Kay Jewelers in the Woolands and they charged me $ 43 to recharge it under a light Machine and then it was recalibrated, timed and set . Before that I cleaned it and polished i I downloaded the E650 manual so I knew it was too low a charge . That is why I could not set it. I love this watch and it is my EDC. Kay Jewelers appraised it at $650 . It is written on the receipt. I can afford this watch and I plan on buying another Citizen . They are a great investment. I may get a Satellite, I am not sure but I do like Titanium watches. I am proud of this watch. I will not sell it nor will give it to anyone. This watch is a gift from God. The pawn shop did not know what the value was when they priced it. I am definitely a Citizen Customer. This watch will hold its value. I want more, but I am happy to own this watch . I would like more information about the history of the watch and who owned it. Is my watch under warranty? Great epic product. I wear it 24/7!!! Ok

Horrible customer service
Instructions included with the watch require you to register your product online or on an app to see the real manual. Activating your email sends a link that goes to their store page so you can buy another watch. After numerous, frustrating attempts I logged feedback and requested support on 2/14 on their website. 2/19 and no email or call back. Today registration took a different turn. 3 activation emails were sent. The first two were expired and the third one reopened the app and seemed to do something, but the activation button was still on the app. You have to hit the button, completely close the app, the select the third email, click on the link, then the app will open and allow you to register your device and activate your warranty. Also you can now view instructions without completing the registration process.
If their watch is twice as good as their support or app, then itโs definitely not worth it. Iโm still waiting for a callback.

Attractive
Very nice watch. I like that I donโt have to set too many things. The only minus is I wish the background was black instead of dark brown. I think that would make it easier to see the hands.

Just received my Citizen watch and I love it! It fits my big wrist wonderfully and looks good on. Itโs smaller than I thought, but thatโs a good thing. The blue face is gorgeous and Iโm glad it has white hands so you can see better.
Pretty looking watch
I just received my Citizen watch and very masculine look and elegant, except for some difficulty in setting up the watch but overall the watch is fantastic. I am loving it.

My wife ordered me this watch for Christmas and I have to say itโs amazing quality. The customized engraving on the back makes this a perfect meaningful gift. I place so much passion and time into my profession and you can tell that this company does the same thing into their product. Wife had nothing but positive things to say about the company. Also it goes along way to have the 5 year warranty that comes with the watch. Thank you

The App Needs Work
Citizen, your products are great, but your app definitely is lacking the same amount of detail as your time pieces. The confirmation of email wouldnโt allow me to confirm through my email, but rather I needed to use my Google account. If that is a necessity, donโt give the option to continuously send email verifications, and rather direct them to use their Google account. Identifying the watch and setting up the actual registering of the watch was fine, but creating and verifying the account and the rest was very clunky.

Great watch
Everything on the watch is excellent. Only complaint is that there is no hard copy of the manual included and the online copy doesnโt tell you how to use the world timer settings.
GREAT WATCH, frustrating app...
I just got a new Citizen watch for my birthday and I downloaded the app to register it but no matter what information I entered, the watch wasnโt found! The closest watch I could find to mine was a completely different color. The only thing that was the same was the watch face design. I entered Model number, serial number, case number, etc. and nothing worked. Then I closed the app, reloaded it, and now itโs giving me a (500 server error and Iโm unable to open it. Iโm frustrated as hell.
