Total malfunction on unit, then customer service operator was totally patronising.
Only once did the machine score over 1 unit of LH which had me in a a spin and panic, then decided it wouldn’t read any of the wands...I inserted over 30 wands in one sitting and it just kept reading failed try again or use a new wand. The wands are not cheap, when I reported it to CS the response was ....we only recorded two fails at our end !!!!! I have a stack of wands to prove it, but you know what I’d rather just have someone understand that at 42 the months are fertility are precious....! 😉
