  • When it works, it’s great!

Mira is a great product, when it works! There’s no client support number, only email. If you have an issue, there’s always a 24-48 turnaround time which could really affect the user experience. The product is still getting better, so hopefully that is worked out.
  • Automatic charting

I really like that after the analyzer determines your hormone levels, the app automatically puts the information into a chart.
I recently quit taking BC and have been using the analyzer since then to TTC.
I haven’t experienced any issues so far, and I like the app overall.
  • Its ok

I love getting the real lh numbers. I have gotten pregnant with it but sadly miscarried. I wish they had tracking by entering it as miscarriage instead of period. Also when you put in pregnant it doesnt change anything. Still keeps on tracking as if you were not. Looking for better added features. Had some problem with my machine not reading the sticks. Reached out and nothing got done. I love the lh levels but not impressed with app. Updating has caused stuff to go wonky.

  • OMG!!!! BFP after one cycle of trying Mira

We had been trying for 8 months with no success. I have irregular cycles and tried everything on the market to track my ovulation. When I bought Mira I was very skeptical that I called the company after I received the package and asked to return it. They were so friendly and they said give it a try, we had a lot of success. So so happy I did!!! I still cannot believe it! Whoever is seeing this, please give Mira a try.

  • Mira app

Mira is an amazing machine, a bit costly as well as the wands are bit over priced, but the data is amazing and how it works. I have had mira for a little over a month and it connects to the app perfectly, haven’t had issues with that. It would be nice for each individual person once it knows there cycles to have the l/m/h so that way we can individually see our own closeness to ovulation.

Down side for me.. With the app, for me anyways is that it said I ovulated when I haven’t so it stopped predicting ovulation and doesnt tell me to test. I have pcos with irregular cycles so its hard for myself to even pinpoint ovulation.

There is no bbt graph with the lh and E3G levels. So even if you put in bbt temps you dont see them on anything unless you click on the date.
The fertility score is confusing to me, because it changes constantly or pushes like the ovulation window does.

  • Great device, app is ehh..

While I find the device itself great and easy to use the app itself is mediocre at best. Algorithm seems a bit off as the app consistently tells me to test after I already had a clear LH surge (and thus, ovulation) for the month. With the wands being the price that they are this request from the app for additional monthly testing seems incredibly wasteful.

Symptoms and daily completion section within app could be much more detailed, also. I would suggest developer to take a look at other TTC apps as they request much more information and help you discover body trends. I currently use Mira for the hormone level tracking AND another app to detail my daily symptoms because otherwise I’d be stuck adding it all to the notes section which seems unnecessary.

Great device but app is extremely lack luster. I’m lucky I have enough common sense to determine my own testing schedule because if you went merely by the app you’d be wasting a lot on unnecessary testing and guesswork! Time for a few upgrades, Mira!

    Developer Response

I‘m sorry for that inconvenience you might have. In your first cycle with Mira, the algorithm set up a baseline LH level of 20 as the average ovulating level. Once the LH level reaches 20, that day will become the ovulation day. But everyone's hormone level is different. You may not have to necessarily reach 20 to ovulate. Meanwhile, in your first cycle with Mira, Mira will automatically predict your upcoming period and fertile window base on the cycle length and period length you had set up at the beginning. It is more like a reference for your information. The predicted fertile window will change according to your LH and E3G levels. When your actual ovulation day comes, the prediction will be overwritten. Mira will learn your cycle and become more personalized over time. After your first cycle with Mira, Mira will set up the baseline with your actual LH levels, once the LH level reaches the baseline, that day will be marked as the ovulation day temporarily. Please feel free to contact us via support@miracare.com, we would like to do whatever works best for you. We always wish you the best of luck in your fertility journey!
  • Easy to set up and easy to use

I had the app set up on my phone in a matter of just a couple minutes. Had it running within five minutes. First time user of this type of record keeping.
  • So helpful! I love this app

Helps notify me when my period has a coming, I have irregular periods so this is super helpful. About a year and a half ago I got the Nexplanon implant and I gained a lot of weight. I’ve been working with a nutritionist and this data is so helpful for her to craft meals and to document my own mood cravings and just overall well-being using this app. It’s insanely easy to internet the data, so excited to try new upcoming progesterone and HCG levels. It is so on point with LH, it was able to predict my period. Worth the weight in gold? Support is super kind too

  • Awesome for Natural Family Planning!

I absolutely love my mira fertility tracker. It has allowed me to get to know my cycles more in depth than I ever have before. It’s actually pretty fun to see your hormonal balance is on a daily basis and keep track of my period.I also recommended this to a friend of mine who is trying to get pregnant and she got pregnant her first month of trying after many unsuccessful attempts.
