All along I’ve never had any issues with the app it has always been great and user friendly up until the a latest update where I’m being told that I cannot use the app because my phone is jail broken

Future date ach and rtg transfers

I would like for the app to facilitate future dated ACH and RTGS transfers, similar to doing it from online banking.

Great mobile app

Very good online banking app that can pay bills,add credit to your phone,transfer money between banks and the lynk app.

Transfer issue

Great app, I love the convenience of it, the sleek new look and the simplicity of use, it’s very user friendly!!! But I have an issue with doing transfers, even between my own accounts. Each time initiate a transfer, I get an error, and it’s been happing for a long while now.

Doing a future transaction has a glitch

Updating my review since they finally fixed the transferring glitch.

I can finally transfer without a bug error popping up. Horay. Makes my life a million times easier. However, I’m noticing that if you’re trying to future date a transaction before 7am - for the same day - it forces you to choose the day after. Which is ridiculous. I’m abroad and several hours ahead which means I have to stop my work day to do a transaction when the banks finally open. Please fix this NCB! You have clients around the world not just in Jamaica.

There is way more to be done with bug fixes and optimization for the app before it can be up to standard. I haven’t even been allowed to sign up for the past week due to issues with the app.
