Itβs easy and convenient
Great app, but a few tweaks needed
Love this app.
I have noticed though that the error messages arenβt very useful.
If there are limits when transferring between accounts, that should be specified somewhere in the app.
At the very least, if the error messages were useful (Eg you have exceeded your transfer allowance for today, or $85/$100 used or something specific) it would go a long way.
Transfers between accounts seem to be finicky. Both between my accounts and to others. It fails unexplainably.
Better error messages would help, but transfers need to be made more robust.
Otherwise, great job dev team.

Wonderful app, just missing one thing
The app need the option to buy credit now and it would be complete and get a 5star rating. But besides that I love this app

Thank you for the app unfortunately at times I am signed out without actually signing out please have it repaired as I am a current holder of NCB stocks. It leaves a bad taste knowing that I am a shareholder also that others have to suffer the same issues.
Love the new and improved app.
Iβm actually happy with the app. Thereβs a few things to improve but overall it cover the basic everyday needs. Love that all my accounts loans etc are in one app & that I can make my credit card payment from the app as well.
Accounts access
Yes it is ok and Face ID is great but does it only work for one account.
I really hate I cannot draw cash from my business accounts without having to transfer it here first. Defeats to object of having a personal account.
Do NCB charge for the transfers too?
Really stupid to take away our Midas cards or not give us Visa debit cards for business accounts.
NCB never seems to grasp anything fully to make banking easier.

Top up feature needed
Listen...if NCB puts a mobile top up feature in their mobile banking app, they'll be winning big time. Trust me, this is needed; it's what every customer is waiting on, and it's what the other banks are afraid of. Do this and you'll see how people will start making more deposits with ncb.
Love the app
This app saves me time and money and the continued improvements continue to make my life easier especially in this pandemic. I absolutely love it!
Very convenient
This mobile app is super convenient. Iβm not particularly fond of joining long lines for anything, so you can tell that Iβd love it. NCB needs now to work on ways to improve the app by adding new features and by fixing some little glitches they have from time to time. But overall, very good.

Very easy to use especially since we donβt need the RSA token very easy to navigate and get help from customer care
