Need more features
Up to now we canโt get the card freezing feature and mobile Cheque deposit on this app and card details take too long to update look at the time we are in the mobile Cheque deposit feature would be one of the best one right now and for some reason persons card still are not safe and you guys saying your stepping up security thatโs a good security feature especially for the cards holder to have for themselves. Come on know itโs not a snap of a finger but this company is taking too long to put in these simple step to help itโs customer got to do better.

Amazing
While they are opportunities with the reliability of you guys banking service the app is amazing. It has a simplistic design and the color schemes are easy on the eyes also the Touch ID feature is cool.
I was wondering if you guys could remove closed accounts from the banking app itโs removed from the retail link but it still shows on the mobile app which is a bit annoying

This app is awesome. Itโs so easy to use. I no longer have to join bank lines and that is the best thing. Better than that, I can use it wherever and whenever I wantโบ๏ธ. Thanks NCB.
Annoyed
It wonโt accept the code it clearly sent to your email.. and says itโs fixing problems but also says the code might be expired.. have been trying to set it up for last 30 minutes
App optimization
Itโs clear that ever since You guys updated your โsystemโ your app was not fully optimized, for Ive been waiting for 5 months for my credit card details to be added to my portal and Iโve literally been waiting in vein. Called customer care I get a million different excuses that doesnโt lead to a solution. You may ask why not use the website instead well......because it doesnโt work either!!!! I wouldnโt care if it was a visa Debit, but how can you give someone a credit card and no proper way to see activity. For all I know 30 other people could be using my card. You need to do better. And Iโll continue to give a 1 star until this can be resolved.

Great App
I have been using this app for awhile now, and I love the intuitiveness and ease of use. And is also whatโs great about it, they keep improving it, lately they have added Touch ID capability, game changer. What I would like to see added is, the option to get notification alerts about activities on your accounts.

Notifications please
Add a feature were we get notified when transactions are made. This is a great way to know if your card is being used, especially if it's not by you. (The BNS app currently has this feature)

Signing in
Haven't been able to sign in since 1 month ago when they were trying to fix the app . Not sure what's wrong !!! Please help me !!!!
Need better decisions making for long term growth
Good design but I think with the increase in revenue I am wondering how and why this multimillion billion bank not using international stander and still cradling to the antiquated technology things that need to change :
1. Visa debit (not everyone need to be chained to a credit card with annual fees)
2.reliable customer service (why saying youboffere 24/7 banking and you will not get a customer service rep pass 7 pm and if you do their department cannot assist you I think NCB need to outsource these areas with different time zone and person who have the skilled and knowledgeable about the services being offered to reduce long wait in line an on phone to do simple banking )
3. Making online and app usage more used friendly eliminates token this was a wast of investment. I didnโt take it with me to the states and was told by a customer service that I order to go online I need to fly back to Jamaica to get it and hand it in .
