This is a great stepping stone for NCB, however fingerprint access as a sign in option would be great. Also e-statements would be very helpful.

Need more functionality
I shouldnβt be restricted to inter bank transfers
And lack of mobile topping up is annoying, those are really easy fixes looking forward to the in the next update and Iβm looking forward to giving you that full five star rating

Good app touch id necessary
App is simple and easy to navigate. Only thing I would suggest is touch ID for sign in instead of typing password.
Great App
Great to finally see this app from NCB. It works very well but two things I feel should be added in short order:
- Integration with Touch ID for logging into it.
- A βdoneβ button/option on the keypad that comes up when entering an amount fir a transaction/transfer, as it not being there has confused the heck out of sone persons Iβve observed using the app.
Can you also add the option to purchase call credit for both network providers, please?
Overall, itβs smooth and convenient which is why I still give if full marks.

Improvements
ID touch is needed for convenience, the use of 3D Touch, also bank to bank transfers and phone top up would be a plus. When improvements are made Iβd be happy to move to to five stars.

Great Work
Yβall got it right the first time for once. Let see this great thought process overflow into other products and services. This is very simple and user friendly. Can you you guys link the third party transfers directly to your sign in page for the website??

Iβm able to do all that I need access ones road from my fingertips we donβt have to going to the bank with all the hustle thank you this app is better than other local bank app

I am enthuse about my NCB app and the simplicity of this plate form, however I am big on security and I was hoping you guys could add a Touch ID feature that would add to the more features existed.
With that I do get Cheques from time to time and I eventually have used the drop box at one of the branch locations, set up a feature on the app platform that will support the cheque Dropbox rather than going into the bank to do this a simple photo of the cheque could suffice.

No Memo Field for Transfers
This is an overall great app that pretty much does what is expected. Itβs easy to use and gets the job done. One thing though, there is no memo field for doing transfers. When I do transfers, I like to know the reason, historically. This would be welcomed in the next version.
