YCC365 PLUS unfair time spent on advertising!
If my wife is upstairs, and hears a noise downstairs- and be fearful waiting to get thru a huge increase in ad time for irrelevant ads - then shame on you! Plus… can’t get camera to reboot after loading new firmware.Pho Pro
Cannot use SD memory
Since the last 2024 update the camera will no longer accept SD card memory storage. The app developers do coincidentally sell cloud storage. They are more interested in packing the app full of advertising and scam you into needing cloud storage instead of allowing your own SD storage. I guess it’s time to abandon this camera and the app and use a different more ethical system.Show less(:Snowball:)

So if I get a notification about someone at my door and I go and check you’re telling me I have to watch a 30 sec ad before I check who’s there it’s a joke especially even after you pay for the subscription fix your app!ronald123445101

Update: while in the office, opened the app and tried to see what’s happening at home, and the loud music from the ad has definitely attracted the attention of everyone in the office!
You need to watch a stupid ad when you are in a hurry to see what’s going on in your property. How stupid it is! Will never recommend this to anyone.Show lessMmoooonn
Not bad, could use some improvements
I have been using this app for a little over 3-4 years now and I have had no major issues or problems with it I do think that some improvements could be made but it’s very simple to use and pretty basic, an excellent app for home securityTytyein

Works great
I haven’t had any issues with this device, works exactly as I expected. I use it to check in on my cats when I’m not home. I can talk to them, listen in and move the camera. Saw some bad reviews on here but I have not had any issues.Bluaiz
