  • Not all feature working

    Video quality is good with this app but the PTZ and intelligent tracking is a bit slow. Most disappointing is that the camera doesn’t respond to the command to go to a preset position. Also the camera routinely goes to some default position that is not good for monitoring. App should allow a preset to be assigned as default. Also recording doesn’t work on SD card even after reformatting the card and setting card as recording destination.

  • Interesting?!

    My network is very secure with multiple cam systems and only ones using this app turn on and off by themselves, here click on 2-3am for few seconds then off, time zone resets changing schedule all the time so cam stay turn on different hours. I never used cloud storage and change password seemingly weekly and still occurs. Not sure if I trust app anymore seems suspicious bug or someone has a backdoor in. Wish some dev support was available but can’t seem to get any direct support.

  • App Not 100% in English

    When trying to report a problem everything is in Chinese and no translation is available.
    Also when trying to connect to camera directly from a pc the internal web server is corrupted. I tried safari. Chrome. I do not have a pc so can not try IE
    Also when checking my network it set its IP to something out of my subnet. Had to reset everything to get it to work correctly again. If it doesn’t get updated in 20 days I’m returning it.

  • Needs faster tracking response

    The app and camera works. Cloud service is expensive. I have 2 cameras using this app. Tracking response needs to be faster. I am not sure if it’s the camera or this app that needs to be updated. It would be nice too if cloud service is cheaper.
  • Needs a massive amount of improvement

    I got this with my outside camera for starter it was suppose to be 1 month free of cloud storage it lasted 2 hours before saying it needs to be payed for, I don’t know if it’s the developer’s fault or the seller of the camera but the seller is not taking responsibility. So now I can’t access my video from the Sd card because I have to pay for the cloud storage or am I doing something wrong I don’t think I am, I can’t access settings on the iPad because when I click on it there’s a blank page I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled but I get the same thing each time. It’s a pity this could be a good app.

  • Bugs triggers alarm notification

    I’m still trying to get use to this security camera. It’s very sensitive and I like the notification I get etc instantly when motion is detected. The thing that is irritating is that flying bug, especially at night, constantly triggers the alarm. Very annoying getting motion detected notification whenever flying insects are around. I also wish that I could replay the video from my notification with one click.

  • Poor documentation

    The app seems to work, but there is no proper documentation. Mine seems to be stuck on one camera and there is no obvious means of getting out of this (on my iPhone anyway). The motion detection spots trees moving, but not my wife walking down the garden! The camera seems to wander off on its own and all and sundry could be climbing my gate, but the camera wants to inspect my soffit! I’m having to switch off motion tracking, if I can figure out how, which seems to obviate the point of it!

    Very hard to mobilise camera from this app and really need to be able to turn off notifications
  • App needs work

    I’d like to see some settings added to adjust the motion tracking, like sensitivity and area to track because at the moment you can’t adjust anything on it and that leads to cars, dogs and other things being tracked when you don’t want them to be and therefore giving you a false alarm every time the camera moves to track something, you can turn tracking off but then what’s the point in having it ! Quite a few other improvements that could be made but too many to type up here, this apps got a long way to go.

  • No security on this App

    This App does not allow you to set a user name and password for ip cameras that you add to it. This lack of security should be addressed immediately. Also this App would be greatly improve by having each detected movement saved in a folder with a time and date stamp instead of having to search hours of time-line recordings. This is a function other camera App’s easily achieve. So I would expect some improvements on this as soon as possible.
