  • Maybe I’m lucky

    I think I may be lucky , but I have had it now for 7months and has worked perfectly. I’m actually wishing to purchase another.
  • Excellent camera for the price

    It has all that you need for check your place from anywhere record only when sensig sound or movement in your place and send the notifications to your phone live so you can see what’s going on in your house of course for 6.99 a month but you still recording using the memory of your phone or an microsd card great product

  • WiFi connection errors.

    On iPad, you cannot connect to the camera WiFi and the server WiFi at the same time, this needs to be done separately, when you’ve entered your password into the camera WiFi, it then asks to connect to server WiFi, after typing in your password it starts the connection process then says “ incorrect password “, what it doesn’t say is to which WiFi are you referring too! Both passwords used are correct but your not sure as to which WiFi the iPad should be connected to at the time of the apps process, camera or server?
    The instructions in the help section doesn’t provide any answers to this.

  • Not the best

    It wasn’t clear when you purchased the camera that even though it had provision for a memory card, you can’t playback recorded instances from it if you aren’t subscribing to the cloud service.
    The camera (C-P05)/ this app(?) has real issues and delays reconnecting to wifi if it looses it for any reason. LEDs stay on at times after dusk, and lots of other annoying issues.
    Another Camera I have, using ICSee-pro is far more stable.

    Please can you tell me why the camera won’t move side to side? Only up and down
  • Does the job but.....

    I purchase a china version camera. It was on wish the quality is excellent but I will list out the following

    Before purchase it said no internet needed you can direct connect well you need this application to connect and if you really want to get all options you will need to purchase a cloud solution they offer I don’t want to get into a monthly service payment the camera is marketed to sell you that service so your stuck.
    As for the application it was hard for me to setup but after a while trial and errors I got used to it. The application lacks documentation the website is useless so you really need to be an professional. The features they offer is limited non functional or over sedative you will just end up turning it off. The detection area does not work, the way you control your camera is really nice.

    First, why do I see ads after buying the camera? I already paid you. The service offers nothing that would deem more ads appropriate. Trial period is only a week. Motion detection is too high. Why do I care about a leaf that moves a little? Notifications for that tiny movement get so annoying. The auto track feature just randomly moves around because it thinks a bug or leaf is important, so more useless notifications. Good app to drain your battery. Viewing recordings in your short trial period is a joke if you want to find an event because of all the “false positives” with bugs or a leaf that moved because of the wind.

  • Almost perfect

    I would like to see support for more than 4 cameras at one time. Possibly 8 our more. I want to be able to see 6 or 8 cameras in my phone at the same time. Please bring support for that. I have also experienced some buzzing wrote watching live video so that needs to be corrected please. Thank you. Also where do we get customer service support for this app??

  • Constant false alarms

    The main problem I have is with the app’s constant false motion detection notifications. Even with the sensitivity set to its lowest possible setting, I would still get constant false motion notifications. I finally had to disable motion detection, which kind of defeats the purpose of having the camera. Can’t they make the app just notify when it can see it’s a human making the motion? I’m very disappointed with this.

  • Great camera

    Wouldn’t buy one again, camera is great but software is hopeless compared to a lot of cheap cameras, will be going in cupboard.
