I didn’t see any problems with the camera itself. The major problem is this app that lacks many features that is very important like, I can’t save the video recordings from my SD memory card installed on the camera. On the recent update they removed the face event that is very important. So how will I identify the evil bad people that keep roaming around my house. They broke in to my house more than 3 times already just the first quarter of 2019. Subscription to your cloud storage is very expensive. On the app support page, I can’t find the answers to many questions I have. Feedback page is not in English. It is really nonsense to name this a security camera without the important security features. Correct me if I’m wrong. I’m here to listen.Show lessYengJennie
Needs update
This app needs an update to be able to set up record time. Also if you don’t allow notifications then you can’t record...so all day you get overwhelming amount of notifications. There’s no way to setup a schedule time to record...so little options to control what you want the camera to do. The camera is crystal clear and functions well with all the other function keys that’s available.Show lessya tootle
In need of improvement
The App works, but could be a lot better. For example, the annoying „You have missed 1447 alarm messages...“ needs to shut off when all the detections are off. Maybe it‘s annoying so you pay a fortune for Cloud storage that nobody really needs.
The „Intelligent“ Tracking is rather stupid and so the camera plays „Hunter - Killer“ most of the day, and ignores the dogs as they walk by. The trees outside, and the cars that drive past once in a while, are more interesting. There‘s also a 3-4 second delay in movement of the camera, although sound is „live“ with only milliseconds of delay.
You can add Presets that will move the camera to a set position (to cover a door, or show a stairway) which is ok. Unfortunately the developer has forgotten to add a „Zoom“ setting, so if the camera was zoomed in on something (up to 4x digital zoom) it stays at that zoom.
The camera only works on 2.4Ghz, which has nothing to do with the App. The phone only has to have network access (2.4 or 5Ghz). Mine is permanent on 5Ghz, and the App and camera work without problem.Show lessMScurr
Rubbish setup
Nothing but poorly designed software. Constantly disconnecting from a more than adequate wifi signal. I am having to reboot the app several times a day. Do not buy!Ceejay 1975

and would never have bought camera if i had realised it relies completely on a hosted app that requires subscription to get anything near useful. Wont buy subscription and wont add to number of cameras and don’t recommend.2pints nz
Cool cam
Just got it set up today better than I thought, easy to set up clear picture good microphone,wasn’t happy with the 3 day trail it ended under 24hours but apart from that Tino pai🇳🇿TANIWHA✊🏿
App Performance
The app performs as advertised. I have had no problems with installing the app or getting it to function with the Wi-Fi camera. I am not sure what is happening with some of the negative reviews, but I have not had any problems whatsoever with the camera or the app. All the negative reviews that I have seen have been blaming the app or the camera itself, however, I think some of the problems that people are complaining about here are being caused by their lack of knowledge on how to connect the camera to their Wi-Fi network, or their Wi-Fi Router is old and not functioning properly with these types of cameras.Show lessRobJWheeler
Doesn’t work at thought it would
The apps ux isn’t very good, it also doesn’t work well. But then going through the book the camera came with, the application is only for people in Vietnam which is a shame. Only way to get the camera to work is with 2.4ghz internet for setup, then registering on a desktop. Potential but this device and application needs users testing to iron out the bugs. You also shouldn’t be selling this camera to anyone outside of Vietnam as the app isn’t compatible. Trying to send the camera back as it isn’t fit for use in the U.K.Show lessCreativik_1977
NO REASON TO HATE
The developers are very good at their job so what there’s a 3 second add here and there it’s just a way to make a little extra money for a 39 dollar camera this app excels with easy access to the feed and doesn’t lag that much sound and movement is on point and people are pointing out a little lag so what 500 dollar cameras have that well made app and cameraShow lessyukonsarge

Hard to navigate to replay recording. It needs to be able to turn off notification alerts but keep the camera open.
The ads to get you to sign up to the cloud service is very frustrating. I wouldn’t buy another of these cameras because the App is too annoying. The camera is excellent though.JoniP
