this app used to be ok. but recently i updated it and ads appeared. what i disrespect towards the customers. this is not a game, its a camera app. i do not want any full screen adskonig2
Terrible
Simple and extreme simple as in doesn’t work and extreme as an extremely hard to use. I just recently downloaded this app to make my free cameras work. I very quickly found out you have to buy more in app purchases to make it work properly. You still see tons of ads seriously. this is extremely hard to use. It’s very hard to connect your cameras. It took me multiple tries and they constantly disconnect and don’t pick up standard things they should. The cameras are very low quality. This app is very low quality. It seems like it was made by people that don’t speak English because there are constant spelling and grammar mistakes. I recommend to the people that made this learn English first then figure out how to make an app then figure out how cameras work and then make this app. All written reviews including this one to figure out if they should get this out don’t it’s terrible. Easy to install and easy to use. Maybe a bit more ‘ Idiots ‘ guide is better served with explanations a little clearer e.g. make sure TF/SD card is formatted correctly? With instruction on how to if needed.
Also please confirm Max GB storage can be inserted ( a 64 GB would not work for me but 8 and 16 GB did)

Trying to get on the app asap I’m constantly hindered by over load of adverts I end up missing what I want to see
This is so annoying I could understand if it’s in a demo mode but I payed for a camera but not to watch adverts. This makes this cctv system terrible to use i end up swearing at the screen through frustration. Good job I’ve not been robbed they would of come and gone by the time I get to use the cameras 😵💫

Great service support
Had some issue with automatic payment and double charge . Wrote in customer service, didn’t expect anything good BUT they actually did the best job , pretty surprised.
Explain everything , go back to me after 24 hours , I can tell there’s no robot , a real person giving you help and answer your questions.

Does as it says
App does everything it says it can do and works faultlessly. My cameras are 1300 miles away and I get next to no delay. Looking at previous reviews people are talking about their cameras not the abilities of this third party app. After Woking faultlessly the system now has a problem.
Doesn’t work in normal format and says there’s an internet fault but switch to all camera mode and it works fine but no control of the cameras so would seem it’s an app faultShow lessBrihawk
Camera is decent, but…
Cameras themselves are decent… very sensitive. The app however to view the cameras is total trash!!! They give u adds u can’t get around… so u get a security alert or want to vote your camera and you have to sit through advertisements!!! It’s not very good for a person needing to see what’s going on on camera if you have to sit through adds!! They are more concerned about making micro payments into their account through add revenue that YOUR SAFETY/ security.
Clearly it’s all about money for them! It’s not like the camera bulbs are rented or free… which would be understandable to make money! But we buy them and they still screw around with adds !! Seconds count in some cases like home invasions and I ain’t got rime to be sitting through adds when seconds matter! They better figure it out! For me in p1ssed and tossing these cameras In the trash going with another brand that doesn’t make me sit through adds!!Show lessGunmetalengineer
Am not able to cancel my subscription!
DO NOT GET THIS APP! I have cancelled the service as I no longer have a camera but I am still getting charged and it won’t stop charging me! I consider this APP fraudulent until I get a refund of the 2 charges you just took out of my account. Not happy nor impressed!!insanedexals

App keeps closing itself upon startup. I have deleted app and reinstalled several times and upon opening app advertisements pop up in app then app immediately closes without being able to access my camera. Otherwise this product is amazing! I have even referred my friends to get this camera! Please help! Website for support is not in English.Show lessMj2486
