Forcing you to watch a stupid loud annoying ad to access my cameras??!! I have suggested to them many times: NO ONE wants to watch a stupid ad, & NO ONE is going to choose any stupid apps or products at a time that we want to surveillance our properties!! DROP THE ADS & Lower your rates to store surveillance in the cloud!! Ready to go with other cameras & app that does not aggravate me EVERYTIME I want to view my cameras. ….,& I won’t be re-selling them! I’ll be smashing them & throwing them away, so I don’t put others through the aggravation & annoyance!!

I unfortunately had the inconvenience of falling for this. This is 100% a scam. I used their device/service for a year and cancelled. But they charged me again, and I tried contacting their customer support to have it refunded and they gave me a fake email. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. Complete scam!!Show lessOneDirectionbae
Could be better but works well enough
As I said, could definitely be better, but works well enough for my current needs. For the price of the camera itself ($20) and the monthly $5 cloud fee, it’s fine. It does lack in recording ALL activity however, gaps will be missing. But, for now it will do. Once we move and purchase a house, I’ll likely terminate my subscription and invest in a different system. Picture quality is great, sound quality is great, load time is a bit slow and delayed if you get a notification and want to look right then. Overall, I would recommend for short term use, we’ve been using it for about 2 years.Show lessJdawg1387

Have been using it for 4 years now and I do the auto subscribe $5.99 and never had an issue. Great for keeping the stragglers away and thieves. And great recording and always having updates for improvements. Have 3 now and wouldn’t trade it for anything right now. You have to buy cloud storage and they push you to buy different features such as cloud storage and there are now ads so when i get a camera notification that someone’s at my door and i click on it i have to sit and watch ad before i can see and by that time it’s too late…extremely disappointedkalrsye

Why in the world am I watching ads for an app that I PAID FOR THE CAMERA FOR!!! It’s absolutely ridiculous that I have to sit through an ad when I paid for a camera. Part of the proceeds from the sale of the camera should be going to app development. God forbid someone breaks into my house and I’m trying to covertly check my camera. The blaring sound of a ad is what I’ll be greeted with!! So now my family will be in danger! I WILL NEVER BUY A CAMERA THAT USES THIS APP AS THE INTERFACE AGAIN!
