YCC365plus camera not working
YCC365plus camera stop working, when u go out of home & your phone is not on the same wifi, even the moment phone goes on 4g network from your home’s wifi , camera stop working/ real-time live video stop. Means this camera only work with “same wifi network” both in phone & camera. The company should fix this bug or buying this camera is wasting money & time.Show lessZoomnetwork

This app was going well. ..
But now the app is broken. One camera with paid subscription is still working but the one with free connection broke after lasted updates. Is that intentional? I can connect it successfully and then it immediately breaks connection. The break happens just after stating ‘success’ and when paid options are presented and ‘Not Now’ is selected. Wired connection is working.
Update: after a week of stable LAN connection the wireless connection is now also working again since one week without new connection. Raising the stars in hope 🙃Show lessGourmet24

Quality video whether it be live or playback and superior night vision. Not recommended for ONLY Wi-Fi USE, as it cuts out a lot of time and if paying for subscription it can be annoying. Yet if have Ethernet cable connected, no issues what do ever.

App works fine
I have 8 cameras working fine with this app. Most of the negative reviews here have problems with the camera - not the app. I can do everything perfectly, as the app promises. Occasionally random cameras go offline for a short time (less than 1 minutes), but I’m using 8 cameras, streaming HD on 1 internet router - that’s expected. Audio & video recording works fine both with the on-board SD card & on the Cloud. Motion & sound detect works fine as well. The microphone feature on the app also works fine. Accessing the cameras through a web browser also works fine. The app is a little slower to connect if I’m not using my home internet connection.Show lessAngry Adsa

Can’t fault it at all, ok few little hiccups here n there but that’s what you get in life! Nothing’s perfect! We have 5 all over the house! Great on holidays and even to check up on your fur babies while at workCasablanca 8
Uhmmm it does work
It works as advertised if you purchase the plan. The video is good quality even at night because the light will flip on to improve the quality. It will store it to the cloud or you can download the video to your phone. All security cameras usually require that you be on a plan. I have one on the back porch and one inside. They both stay connected to Wi-Fi. You have to be aware if you’re using it in a light fixture that if you turn your switch off on the wall or power source then the camera will lose connectivity. Further it is just recording evidence because I mean if someone is breaking into your house and you’re in another location what precisely can you do other than provide the video footage and a list of stolen items. I can also access my camera and look around my house when I’m not around which i think is cool because it does a 360 spin.Show lessCLUJ96

When you get it first set it up then restart it with the pin they give you put in the hole to restart it and then connect to it because when I got it I try connecting and nothing wasn’t happening but when I did that it work. 10/10 I love it and you don’t got to update it just hit the X that’s allXinesra

It’s a pretty good camera app. The camera itself is generic but this app is much improved on the previous app I used called 360eyeS. It’s easier to use and very quick to pair with the wifi and setup. Gives a monthly payment option. I can finally share clips too!Natemc84
