No notification with latest update
Previously, the app works fine. But did You remove the notification function on the latest update? I don’t receive any notification since the most recent update. Please fix this ASAP!!! Otherwise. What’s point of security cam? Also can you don’t put the app in idle mode after a few mins? When I have the app open. I want to see it. Buggy software
This app is very buggy. Most of the time I log into the app, all it does is buffer. When I want to look at past recordings it just buffers. Someone needs to fix the issues with this software. It’s not my service provider. I actually changed service providers and still have the same issue. I even upgraded to 200mb still buffers. My mom has a camera that I log into from a different app and I never have an issue with buffering. I live a good ways away from her and no issues. Great picture but won’t stay connected
We bought 2 of these cameras to monitor our dogs when they are in the kennel 100 feet behind our house. We hard wired the cameras because WiFi won’t stay connected. The cameras were set up and working great until we walked out of the kennel to the house. Then we get a disconnected notification. It reconnects when we walk back in the kennel and disconnects when we walk out. I don’t need the cameras when I’m in the kennel. I need them when I’m away from it. I can’t find a phone number for assistance either. Very displeased.
It’s ridiculous that they don’t offer support for these cameras. You have to send an email that can take 30 days to receive a response.Show lessWDGoldens
Not much to change
The app ok, but it would be nice to be able to change the brightness on the night vision, have something to make tye pictures more clear on night vision also when you pan from left to right the camera seems to blur, also when trackin a person and u record, it suppose to be a cctv camera you carnt even zoom in on them as the picture distorts so u carnt see faces or anthing, come on guyz add more to this app for your customers to use with the camera we have broughtShow lesseggy2269
No customer service support
They take the money from my account for the monthly plan but i can’t seem to get the cloud service to work and it says my trial has expired . I can’t find and customer service that’s in English and I’ve sent two messages through a poorly set up support question and answer area and I’ve gotten zero response . Easy install. No problems at all
I’ve got a couple of these cameras and haven’t had an issue with either of them. They record well. Video quality is as it should be for this type of camera. They pick up sound very well. I’ll be buying a couple more shortly. Anyone who has issues with these I can only assume that they’re not being used as they should be.Show lessBigJ1027
Needs a firmware upgrade
Motion detection sensitivity changes nothing. Detection area selection changes nothing. Non stop false positive motion detections. Even with no areas selected, I get one notification every minute. Sound too. Too much notifications. Becomes useless. Have to end up turning all notifications.
Mechanical gears that move camera grind after camera gets to edges. Both pan and tilt. Memory positions never work because of this.

Disappointed
I thought this is the camera but I was wrong. It is a good intelligent camera but not user friendly. It cannot playback anything like the other cameras I have. I even bought a memory card. We need cameras that can playback anytime you want to. You must not be forced to use other means to playback and store you recordingsShow lesswoorried
It works
Tricky at first to set up, but after that just incredible. So easy to use, great great pictures/video. Plus the speaker is really good/ you can talk to the intruder and hear them. Then the Police Siren ... how good is that. Taking pictures and storing them remotely on you IPhone is a doddle. I have not bothered with the cloud service yet or fitted the SD card, I will, but it works just fine on command. With the SD card fitted it will automatically record an alarm situation. Inomega CCTV
Overall the camera was good. I choose to record from memory card so I do not need to subscribe for cloud service.
One thing I don’t like is the memory storage display initially was in GB and after recording it will show how many GB left. I bought a 128GB card and it show 119gb which I think it’s quite normal. But now it show in percentage so if I buy a memory card I will not know the memory balance or show inside.
Hope the provider of the YCC365Plus can change back to display amount of GB inside the SD card or display both measurement unit.Show lessNismo444
