  • Hidden performance found

    Since I already have exactly that physical camera, but from a different supplier, I understood that the ICSee video application that I am using in that same physical appearance existing camera, I was going to be able to use the same app. Well, NO. AND THAT IS A PROBLEM because in order to use this new camera you have to buy cloud service, service that you don’t need with the ICSee app. because every alarm is sent in a message to your phone so you can see the recording at a later time, not loosing any info. & if you need any picture, just copy & paste it to any app for printing, or emailing.

    If I would have known that gimmick, I would not had bought it.

  • Connection problems

    I’m Contact and report many times to staff about camera always disconnected problems sometimes it’s back to connect I can use around 3min camera will disconnected again if owner team didn’t fix this problem or do something better don’t buy it you will waste your money and time I’m so sorry about it’s fact.

  • Had a little trouble

    I bought a couple of these so I could keep an eye on my elderly parent with dementia. The first one was great until I needed to move it to another location. I followed directions and uninstalled it so I could reinstall it, but the program would never recognize the camera again. I still had one more, and it worked for a while but it would go offline often and I’d have to reconnect with my IPad almost every day. I switched to Ring and have had great results. Now I can’t uninstall this program, it won’t delete from my IPad and none of the solutions from Apple are working. This is why it only gets 2 stars. I can’t find an uninstall button anywhere for this app. I wish I’d never bought it.

  • Only works on WiFi

    This app always seems to have Terrible connection issues. Today it only works and connects on local WiFi since the latest update. Fails to connect if attempting to access from remote internet. So fed up with this equipment and app. Maybe developers think by making it hard to use the consumer might opt for paid subscriptions, no way. I would never pay for more raunchy service. Time to discard this app and equipment and continue with my other very reliable cameras like Jennov, which has never had connection issues.

  • Always changing

    Every time the app updates something gets taken away. When I first had it I was able to make presets on each camera but not any longer. When that version came out I was able to turn the camera lights on /off, but now that is hit in the device settings. Instead of moving and hiding things, can features stay and then just add new ones rather than removing useful stuff!

  • Pretty good app

    Well, the app works fine but the camera’s that I purchased last have quit working. Paid over $100 for 2 them. The 2 older cameras are still going. Had them for a while before I finally installed them. Now the guy that I purchased from can’t or won’t help me figure them out.

  • Used to be good.

    There have been two recent updates. The last was about a week ago, (Dec. 202). While I was having difficulty playing back recorded video from the cameras, I was at least able to play it back about 1/4 of the time. Following this last update, I cannot playback video from the SD cards in the cameras. Every time I find the spot I want to watch, the app appears to be loading the video to review then it appears to be ready to play it and jumps to the current time.... every freaking time.

  • Issues since update

    This used to be a great app to view my cctv remotely. Since the last update it struggles on my iPhone. Phone is connected to internet but when I try and view it shows the camera view for a couple of seconds then screen goes black with message “no internet now” but it works perfectly on my iPad. Done a new instal etc but still can’t view while away from house which makes this camera purchase worthless.

  • PTZ function not available on YCC365 plus

    I bought IP Wireless Camera with PTZ functionality to move the camera at 360 rotation but the software YCC365 plus do not support this feature which ruins the camera functionality and of no use. While downloading the application the screen shots clearly show PTZ ring control but it does not show on the application when camera is running. This may be a software issue which needs attention otherwise the PTZ is of no use to me. Please look into this issue and update/upgrade to fix this.

  • Worst app ever

    No one wants the camera to constantly be going into idle mode. If the app is open, obviously it’s to see the camera, but instead, we have to constantly be unpausing the screen this is just stupid waste of time. Why would anyone have the app open and not want to see what is going on? I’ve never come across a more aggravating, useless and stupid feature for a camera viewing app. It should be removed immediately since it serves no purpose other than causing intense frustration for the users.
